Appraisals 2-Day

Steve at Appraisals 2-Day, was hired to appraise 6 houses that are in an Estate. The were 3 Trustees on this estate. Steve was well aware that he was working for all trustee's of the estate when he was hired to do the appraisal of these properties. After the Appraisal were completed he went back and reappraised one of the houses for financial gain of one of the Trustee, the one who gave him the check. Steve was to work on behalf of all the trustee and change his appraisal on request of this one trustee. This is very unethical and I will be reporting him to the Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers. He has been completely unethical in his business practices. Refusing to return phone calls, etc. Spend your money elsewhere, not good at his profession.
