Pedro came within the timeframe that was scheduled. At first I was taken aback since I was not expecting a male, but he quickly put my mind at ease by his mannerisms and professionalism...a very nice, personable young man. He went above and beyond my expectations...even my daughter was amazed at how thorough he was in cleaning our house. He was very efficient and not afraid of working hard to get the job done. I would definite recommend them for any cleaning service needed. I was so impressed by the job Pedro did along with his attention to detail that I have decided to have April’s Cleaning/Pedro clean our house on a regular basis. Thanks for a job well done, Pedro.

Messaged to say they had car trouble and called to coordinate new time for 4 hrs later. One of the bathroom floors wasn't great, but rest was very good. Reasonable value $110 for about 3 hrs.

Never showed up because of blown tire; I contacted them at 8:20 am to check to see if they were keeping the appointment; they responded with a pic of blown tire, and that they were sorry they weren't there yet. I understood, however when I asked if they would be rescheduling or still coming later? He texted back two hours later with a response I did not understand. I text him back and asked him to call me, and he never responded. My husband also texted him and he never responded to him either. I waited until 2 pm to hear from them to arrive or at lease contact us. It's twelve hours later from the time he scheduled our onetime cleaning, with a possibility of monthly cleaning. Very disappointed. ????

Showed up on time, but only 1 person not 2 as promised. Pedro did a fair job but during the walk through there were 6 items that needed attention. He reluctantly corrected these items. There was an old TV left that I had no way to get rid of. Pedro said he would pick it up in 2 days so I paid him. When he didn't show in 2 days I send him a text and he sent me a text that he wasn't going to pick it up. He lied to me, I would not use his company again. Larry

This company did not show up for the scheduled clean. They made no effort to contact me to let me know. We have yet to hear back from them.
