Kevin was a very professional. I had a vision for an old building in the back as my man cave and man did he do a great job... ontime and he was able to make changes on the fly and didn't give me any hassle about it... recommend anyone near Dowling park or live oak.... he also took care of a tree that fell..

I had my tub taken out and converted to a walk in shower. Kevin actually was on the job for the 3 day construction from start to finish. They are clean efficient and the price was what was quoted. No bait and switch. Excellent work.

Kevin was very professional and friendly. I had my kitchen and bathrooms painted. Everything was done perfectly and right on time for my family to visit. I was very pleased with his services and will definitely refer him to my friends, family and neighbors. Would definitely hire again for my next project.

I got the call we all dread, the mother-inlaw was moving in, the spare room had been my storage room for years, and after emptying it I realized how much the years of neglect had taken its toll on the room, being busier than ever I decided to do something I'd never done, hirer the work done, taking a recommendation from my neighbor I called Suwannee Sunshine Services where I spoke to Kevin, he was prompt in getting back to me, even made some great suggestions for the room, gave me a quote well within my budget, and finished ahead of schedule, he recalled helped take a tough spot I was in and turn it into a positive. If your looking for help with a project over your head, make call to Kevin, you'll be glad you did, we were.

I am very lucky to have met and hired Sunshine Services and Kevin. The owner Kevin was phenomenal . Kevin came to our place and assessed the project we were looking to have done . We were very fortunate of Kevinâ  s insight and ability to give us even more than what we thought was possible . We now get compliments from everyone who sees our home. We cannot thank Kevin and his team enough for going above and beyond . Highly recommend Suwanne Sunshine to anyone who has home needs. You will not get a more professional and honest assesment and second to none results. Thank you Kevin and Sunshine Services
