He shows up every week without fail and always lets us know in advance if he ever needs to reschedule. After each visit, he sends detailed updates with photos so we always know how things are going. He quickly got an algae issue under control and kept our pool sparkling clean right through closing. Chris really knows pool chemistry, explains everything clearly (even the quirks of our plumbing setup) and makes smart, thoughtful recommendations to keep things running smoothly. He even helped us select a great robot vacuum and upgraded our winter closing process. Chris is accessible, trustworthy and genuinely cares about doing the job right. He even guided us through a complicated insurance claim. We only wish we’d switched to AquaCare years ago!

I can’t say enough good things about AquaCare Pool and Spa Services LLC. Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything that was going on with our pool. We had been struggling with cloudy water and equipment issues for weeks, and he had everything diagnosed and running properly in no time. What really stood out was his honesty. He only recommended what was actually needed and never tried to sell us unnecessary parts or chemicals. Communication was excellent, he showed up when promised, and the work was completed thoroughly.
