The contractor arrived late, after canceling twice before. Then when he did arrive it was without the supplies he needed. Then he asked for money upfront to go buy said supplies. Being a trusting person and had such wonderful experiences before on HomeAdvisor I obliged. He then left for Walmart to buy supplies with me money. When he got back he rushed on my floors not allowing the time for the chemicals to work properly. The result was sharp peeling sealant exposed on my floors. As well as Paint stripped off my base boards and walls that I have to repaint now. That was early December, it?s now early February and Benton has made every excuse in the book. His truck has ?broke down? 3 times, his helpers have not shown up, he?s ?run out of operating capital?. Now he?s not even answering my calls. I?ve given him 3 months to make it right like he?s promised, now I?m just going to have to sue for my money back.

He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable about the process, was diligent regarding his timeliness and projections, and on top of all that he was VERY VERY courteous and friendly the entire time he was here! It's called "professionalism with a smile!"

Nice guy but my stains did not come out, he ran out of gas for the generator and perhaps that's why csrpets did not come clean. Will find another company to come in and clean.

Well the only thing I have to say is make sure ya'll both are clear with each other about your sofa... If it is a sectional make sure he know that otherwise he is going to give you a different price. Other then the misunderstanding he did a great job...
