Aqua clear Water Solutions replied extremely quickly to my inquiry. I already have a system installed--a day later. The sales and installation people were very professional as well as prompt. It's too early to rate the equipment; therefore my rating of 3 stars is premature and of no value to anyone.

To whom it may concern: I have been an Aqua Clear Water Solutions customer since 2016. I want to take some time to write a review of this company so you can see my perspective on what makes Aqua Clear Water Solutions the company of choice for me and my family when it comes to Softwater and drinking water solutions for my home and business. Since 2016 I have purchased/Rented different water systems from Aqua Clear Water Solutions for personal and business purposes. I sold my home in 2016 in Hidalgo and they offered my family different options for my home in Mission as well. I was able to get a portable wheeled Reverse Osmosis System (with on demand hot water) while I built my new home in Pharr, Texas, for my temporary residence. The portable RO system was excellent and served our needs while we were in Mission for about 2 years. Once I sold that home in Mission I moved to Pharr to my new home and they plumbed my home while it was under construction.(Before the sheetrock was installed yet) They installed the drinking water plumbing that leads from the garage area of the house and into my refrigerator and kitchen drinking water spigot. I purchased a new softwater system and Reverse Osmosis drinking water system for my new home and it was installed after I moved in. ( you can rent the softwater system too if you so choose) Aqua Clear Water Solutions has been servicing my softwater/RO systems for 6 years now with all my relocation moves. Also, I interact cheerfully and productively with the Staff at Aqua Clear Water Solutions. I feel like family when they interact with me and I enjoy that very much. Its refreshing to me when they call or text me for a service appointment. I genuinely feel appreciated and valued at this company every time I speak to any of the Staff whether it be over the phone or face to face on a service call. I give Aqua Clear Water Solutions an A+ on customer service and A+ on quality of products sold to me.

Tech was extremely friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He contacted me promptly to set up our initial appointment, arrived on time, and explained everything about water hardness and the softening process. After explaining the different options we had, we selected a unit and given payment options. The install was scheduled and we are eagerly awaiting our brand new whole house water treatment system. We are very pleased with this company so far, and highly recommend them for all your home water needs.

So Far so good. Installed where I wanted in a timely matter. Have only used for less than a week.

They were great and even helped me solve a totally separate issue I was having. They were kind and professional. I will definitely use them again when needed.

They communicate well with their customer and they make sure the customer is satisfied. They did follow up calls after delivery of the product.

In spite of the fact that they arrived almost two hours late the install was done very efficient and professionally by Carlos Levario. I can only recommend this company highly.

Tech was friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to take the time to explain how my system works. The job was supposed to be a simple filter change, but another issue arose during the service. The tech was back early the next morning, which was a Saturday, to replace a failed component that wasn't part of the original service call. I signed up for a 1-year service agreement, which paid for itself in this one service call. Great company.
