Horrible company, customer service, & complete lack of communication. After signing a contract 4 MONTHS AGO (March 24th) that our pool liner would be installed last week of May or first week of June & paying an $1100 deposit, the DAY BEFORE install day came, and they EMAILED saying the wrong size liner came in & the next day they asked for the dimensions AGAIN & continued to ask for information they already had. completely ghosted my hubs after multiple times of him reaching out via phone, email & text. Finally, I got fed up, since my daughters pool birthday party was that weekend, and left them a voicemail voicing my frustration with their complete lack of communication. they reached out, not even 10 minutes after my message, VIA TEXT to me & VIA EMAIL to my husband stating my tone & language (didn?t even cuss them out) was ?unprofessional? and they would be refunding our deposit & ?wish us the best?. (Even after 3-5 biz days no deposit has came) would NEVER recommend this company.

"Thank you for your feedback. We disagree with several statements in this review. Your husband was provided proof that the full refund was processed. Any delay in receiving funds would be related to bank processing times. We also have records of extensive communication throughout the project. Due to repeated hostile evening calls and interactions that made our staff uncomfortable, we canceled the project and issued a full refund. We stand by that decision."

Horrible company! Do NOT go with them. We paid over $800 for a pump to be replaced in our hot tub - which Aquadocs said was the issue. It never functioned properly after their techs came out- did not go above 90 degrees. went back and forth with this company. Now they are not returning our texts, calls, or voicemails. We had another company come out and they fixed the issue immediately and also found that the pump Aquadocs had used was the incorrect one and also incorrect plumbing with the wrong size and the tub is now leaking. Will be another $1200 to fix what Aquadocs ruined. STAY AWAY - THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Paid him.1800.00 down and he would not return phone calls, emails or text messages until I told him I would send my husband over then he canceled my contract. He came over once sliced my pool liner up left my pool cover off with all the screws sticking up then never got ahold of me or kept in contact with me. I WOULD NEVER USE THIS SERVICE ITS HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

"We take the safety of our employees very seriously. Pamela was on our schedule and received project updates. After a missed phone call, the day before her scheduled liner installation, she stated her husband would show up and be sent to our employees? homes. Any comment involving private residences must be taken seriously. Due to these safety concerns, we canceled the contract, issued a full refund, and ended the business relationship. This review appears to be written out of anger."

Great service! They are responsive, communicate well, and do great work. They fixed the wrinkles in my liner and reconnected some areas of the liner that were falling. They even fixed my pool light in the deep end that several pool companies said couldn't be repaired! I've been a pool owner since 2008 and have struggled to find a good pool company in the area. I finally found them! So grateful to finally have a competent and service-oriented company to support my pool needs.
