Prompt response to inquiry, clear communication from start to finish and good advice offered by technicians. Jim Cooley and his helper were professional and polite and worked diligently to complete the project on-time as promised. Same can be said for the office dispatchers who communicated promptly and professionally.

Uncle Rob was great! He replaced my ring beneath my toliet, stopping the leak. The reply was very quick from the Angi, and Uncle Bob was there within a few hours the same afternoon. The only issue was that I thought the price would have been less.

I would suggest that when arriving at a customer home, to ensure there are no cigarette smoking odors from smoking prior to coming to my non-smoking home environment. Also, that they would stick to the price quoted and not try to take any shortcuts.

This was a difficult job. They were honest through the challenges and in the end finished to the quality we needed to repair this overall challenging pipe break that was in an external wall. They moved the pipes over and insulated them to prevent a future break. I was most happy with their solution to fix the problem permanently and they offered a 10 yr warranty on work.

My toilet was installed but the flow rate and Bidet is not functioning at all, I even tipped the guy close to 50%. When I sent him the pictures he said Bidet and everything was working when he left and that he could not view pictures through his phone or email so that he couldnâ t not assist me. He referred me to the instruction manual. Long story short he did not want to provide additional assistance and left the project with a not fully functioning toilet.
