Jim and Roger looked at my problem and proposed a solution, along with an estimate. After considering several other proposals I awarded the job to Aquadry and am glad I did. They started the job in a timely manner and did just what they said they would do. First class workmanship at a reasonable price, it doesn’t get any better than that!

Jim was easy to communicate with. Roger was Foreman for the crew who came on a day with snow and ice on the ground. They even shoveled ice off the driveway to access the worksite. They finished in less than 2 days. Quality of work, efficiency, knowledge, and experience were key to the success of the project. Also took the job on short notice. Highly recommend!

Roger Yates is foreman. Very thorough, courteous, trustworthy, & professional. Spoke with Jim several times on phone. Very helpful in coordinating work with plumber. Foundation issues. Had to tear out entire bathroom floor to get to crawl space to jack up sagging foundation. Roger, Jamie & Cody did a wonderful job. Worked tirelessly to make sure floors were level. Also hauled off debris from tearing out bathroom floor. Definitely recommend AquaDry for foundation problems.

I spoke to Jim several times over the phone regarding waterproofing our crawl space. He gave me a general quote over the phone and waited two weeks for me to get another quote from a competitor. Once I decided to hire AquaDry, they were ready to work the next day. They immediately came and finished the job, and did so within two days. They were very professional, helpful and knowledgeable. They did an outstanding job.

Jim and his crew in Asheville did a great job for us and solved our water problem. Nice to work with. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was right.

Jim gave me a very good estimate and explanation of the work needed. Seeing me on Saturday and his crew showing up on Monday. Roger and his crew went right to worked and did a great job. They cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants their basement or crawl space dry.

I have never giving A rating and review but Jim went over and beyond did extra work outside of the contract and did not charge him.

We found a separation in our home's foundation & met with 4 contractors to evaluate their recommendations. After much research, we chose AquaDry. Took about two months to get to an opening on their schedule due to wet summer. Jim was responsive from first contact to completion. He called back later to make sure we were satisfied with their work. Crew leader Roger was professional, kept me informed with each step. Showed me some additional issues we needed to address & Jim discussed best options. They were able to do some small additional steps to ensure a better solution. Great folks to work with & would highly recommend.

Jim Boyd was very quick to respond to our initial inquiry and was extremely knowledgeable and professional when he came to inspect the job and provide an estimate. He kept in touch throughout the project, from initial contact through the last day of the job. Jim and his crew did an excellent repair. They were very considerate of landscaping that was close to the house and left the property as undisturbed as was possible. Jim explained in detail the repair to the foundation and kept us informed when his crew could begin work (depending on the weather).
