Ken and his crew were great. They kept me well informed of everything they needed to do, and even ended up saving me about $4800 on the project I had done. I would recommend them again

Larry and his team did a great job installing the foundation drainage system both inside and out of our home. He met with us several times before the work for us to understand what was to be done, and what was happening to cause our water problems. The crew showed up promptly every morning, and worked until late afternoon. They were knowledgeable and courteous , and proficient in their work. It is a rather messy process, but they cleaned up the area well after the work was completed. We will be using Aquadry again in the next couple weeks to complete another project around our home.

I met with owner Larry to discuss a leaky basement issue where mold had also grown in my basement. My special needs daughter and I were experiencing mold allergies and unfortunately my credit had suffered because of a recent divorce. After discussing the option available and my financial situation I determined I was not able to afford to waterproof my basement at this time and decided on installing a fan/pump instead to help with the current situation understanding that this would not be a long-term solution but would help in the mean time. After Larry left my home he contacted me via phone and informed me that he would donate labor and materials to complete the waterproofing of my basement and eliminate the mold and moisture issues. I was so surprised and touched with this offer. I had been thinking I may have to return my home to the bank because I wasn't sure that we would be able to stay in the home even with the pump installation. I am so grateful to Larry and his crew for their generosity. They did an excellent job and our respiratory issues have disappeared. Words cannot express how thankful I am to have the mold issue resolved and to be able to stay in my home. I feel that Larry is an honest and kind business owner and would happily hire him to complete any project in the future.

DO NOT use this company they are dishonest and incompetent. After his inspection and very long sales pitch, and his offer of a $1000.00 off (but only if we signed his contract that night) we hired them to install a interior drain system and a exterior drain system. Months later after having to reschedule they finally began the work. First they seem to have no idea why they were there or what they were supposed to do. They didn't show up till almost lunch time every day and worked for 3-5 hours each day. After they finished I knew something was not right so we hire a home inspector to find this. The work crew was the most incompetent group of people I have ever seen. Amateurish at best incompetent at worst. They lied to my face about how they installed the outside system, leaving large sections missing, did not connect sections, did not bury sections of drain line, ran sections of drain line UP HILL, bored 1 inch holes through my foundation and brick to "vent" my basement with a crawl space vent that's vastly under powered for the size of basement we have. They installed a sump pump they bought for 59.99 at Harbor Freight Tools, installed it in a basket they left setting 9 inches ABOVE ground. The discharge line from the sump pump WAS NOT EVEN GLUED TOGETHER. Nothing they did works. DO NOT USE.
Response by Aquadry Waterproofing, LLC: We sued this client for nonpayment and won. He admitted to the judge that he separated the line, removed dirt from around our pump liner. He signed our completion form and the loan documents. He also stated that the crew was awesome. He then cancelled his loan. It was an obvious attempt to get out of paying and get our services free of charge. He perjured himself several times in court. The courts recognized this and awarded us accordingly. We have a copy of the judgement available on request.

Project: Waterproof a Basement or Foundation
Please Do not use this company they are dishonest and unethical people. They sent a representative out to give me a quote and then Larry the owner came out and uped the price of the job by $2000. Cynthia then called me and took a deposit from me on a credit card over the phone and kept the money. The she stated she did not remember and they had no record of it. Thank goodness the credit card company did and refunded my money. Buyer Beware of Larry and Cynthia at Aquadry.
Response by Aquadry Waterproofing, LLC: This job was turned down by Aquadry because the customer wanted us to change the scope of work. I explained to (consumer name withheld per their request) that I could not do what he was asking. It would not correct his problem. He was six weeks out of his contract recession, thereby legally negating any refund. The refund has been returned to the homeowner.

Review by a homeowner in Cumming, GA
The type of service performed listed above is not 100% accurate due to the limited choices . Larry, the owner, presented well, but over promised and under delivered. His communication skills are poor at best when dealing with a problem or issue. Even some of his positive reviews on this site state this fact. The project was to replace a French door and repair water damage to the sub-floor and paint. I have a copy of the scope of work and photos if anyone needs proof of my claims. First Larry failed to order the door in time to meet the time sensitive project. I found this out when he failed to show up and did not bother to call me after I took the day off of work to be home for the project. After several attempts I got him on the phone and he confessed the problem. It cost me an extra $300.00 to order the door from another vendor who could deliver it quickly because of his mistake. We discussed replacing a 2 ft by 4 ft section of sub-floor due to water damage and the job was priced as such. Larry and his worker were very nice and friendly while they did the work however only a 1 ft by 1 ft section of sub-floor was actually replaced and I was told that was all that was necessary. Later I found extensive damage that they failed to replace. I had to pay my floor contractor $300.00 to replace the sub-floor I had already paid Larry to replace. AquaDry's work was performed on a Sunday in a rush fashion due to the fact they did not pick up the door early enough on Saturday to do the work. The door replacement part of the job went well until they left my house and I discovered that one side of the French door would NOT open. I immediately began texting, calling and leaving messages which were not returned. I have copies of the texts between myself and Office Manager Jody including the photos I took. So at this point I have finished my home remodeling project and I have paid out over $600.00 to have the sub-floor fixed, the door painted, and someone to fix the French door so both sides would open. To this day I still have not received one call back to me. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! I should have gone to Yelp and read the accurate reviews their first before hiring this company. I am currently seeking a refund for that amount and have opened a case with the BBB all because Larry would NOT call me back and make it right. Consumers do yourself a favor and learn from my mistake.
