Brad was extremely professional. He showed up 5 minutes BEFORE the appointment. Which by the way, was a last minute appointment and it was on a Saturday. He fixed everything we talked about, and didn t push me to buy additional things I didn t need. He left my driveway and yard clean and made sure I was happy before he left. Performed service one work-day after request. Diagnosed problem, repaired it and completed it in less than an hour. This job required wading into a pond to repair water intake pipe, installing check valve and then reconnecting repaired pipe into pond. Messy job, but was done professionally and with some humor. Recommend highly. Cost was very reasonable.
