AquaDuct Roof & Gutters

I hired AquaDuct about 15 years ago to fix a small section of gutters that needed to be replaced along with the down-spouts. They did such an excellent job I hired them again when we had hail damage and needed to replace our wood shingle roof. I hated to get rid of the wood shingle roof but the new codes required a different king of roofing material due to fire danger. We worked with Scott who helped us out tremendously and we found a material the looked similar to wood shingles and we choose that for our new roof. Unfortunately not more than three years later we had another damaging hail storm and we had to replace the roof again. Scott helped up pick out a new material that was a triple-shingle that looked even more like our old wood shingle roof. We love it. We also found we had a problem with some skylights that were installed with another company years before and they leaked all the time. I mentioned it to Scott and they repaired it when installing our new roof. Unfortunately they still leaked. Scott and his crew at AquaDuct came out and completely took out the skylights, repaired the damage, and re-installed the skylights correctly this time. Before he left, Scott said he "Guaranteed they would not leak again." He is a man of his word and the two skylights have never leaked again. Would I recommend AquaDuct Roof and Gutters? YES - a big resounding YES. It's so difficult to find a trustworthy company to do great work on your big investment such as your home, but I will tell you that you CAN TRUST AQUADUCT ROOF and GUTTERS and be confident in their ability to do a Great Job, and if it's not great, Scott will make it right! Better than, or just like, Holmes on DIY and HGTV!!!

Scott has done 5 gutter jobs for us now, our rentals and personal residence. We deal with a lot of businesses and I have to say none top AquaDuct and Scott in customer service, professionalism, fairness and honesty. Aaron is outstanding in his work quality and doing as requested. When an employee (Aaron) tells you his employer is the best and most honest he has ever worked for, that says a lot for Scott as well. On our home we put larger gutters and the gutter leaf guard. Everyone comments on how great they look and other contractors we had on our job are asking for Scott's information!

Ryan was very thorough in explaining the benefits of different types of products and different ways of completing the job, he was friendly and very accomodating. Scott, the owner, was on site during the first day when the majority of the roofing work was done and he was very friendly. They made sure we felt compfortable through the whole process and understood everything that was going on. There were no surprises. Our new roof and gutters look amazing and I couldn't have asked for better service from AquaDuct, they exceeded our expectations! I'm a raving fan.

Aquaduct installed new gutters on my home in May. I love the new gutters and they look great. I appreciate that they left me a section of gutter and elbows for me to paint. They were to be installed on a completed deck that was too high up for me to paint once installed. Once painted they promptly returned to install. The rest of the gutters were being painted along with the house but the deck section was my responsiblility to paint. I also had Leaf Relief installed w/the new gutters and like the product. It's a "relief" not have to worry about leaves and debris getting into the gutters. I would highly recommend AquaDuct.

Scott called me promptly after I submitted my request through Service Magic, and made time for me in the middle of what I know was a very hectic, personally draining week. His crew did an awesome job, communicated with me throughout, and I didn't make their job easy as i had landscapers working on my yard at the same time. The price I paid was exactly what Scott gave me a written quote for, and I truly appreciated that! I will definitely use him again, he was constantly polite and professional.

I was in the middle of having my house painted and decided to replace the gutters. On June 11th I requested quotes from three vendors. Scott with AquaDuct called within a very short time after requesting a quote and had a gentleman named Stan on site within a couple of hours. I was given a quote on the spot. They had crew on site the next day to remove the gutters and would have had the job done that day, however we had to work around the painters and the weather. My job was complete to my satisfaction on June 19, 2009. Thank you Scott, Stan and your crew!

Scott, of AquaDuct Roof & Gutters, did an outstanding job. The new gutters are a near perfect match to the color of the house. The work was done in a timely manner and very neat. Scott is knowledegable and very helpful in explaining his work and what needs to be done to solve a problem. He went the extra mile on this small job. The price was very reasonable.

I was very impressed with Scott's whole organization. Stan was actually there well before our appointment time and had already taken measurements. He was completely prepared to give the estimate with samples and colors. I especially appreciated his maturity and confidence which was obviously based on years of experience in the business. The gentlemen who did the install did an excellent job and was very accomodating. There was no sign that he had been there afterwards besides the great gutter system on my house. Scott from Aquaducts was actually the second contractor I had chosen, only because another contractor had contacted me first. Once Scott did receive my request he called from out-of-town. I ended up calling him back to let him know the first contractor didn't follow-through and we could really use an estimate/repair. He sent his guy (Stan) out immediately and they are going to get the work done for us promptly. Great communication and professionalism, thanks Aquaduct!
