Mike was very professional and explained everything in detail.Even given a very unexpected problem which no one could have foreseen - Mike knew what to do and handled it very well given the surprise. In the end, all was well and taken care of. Would hire him again. No problem.

Mike did a great job. No problem with his work. I just thought the cost was a little high for 20 minutes worth of work. I guess I am getting old and just don't know what things cost now. But I will use him again if the need arises.

Mike replaced my water heater after it went out on me. He came with the top of the line heater and great service. He gave me a good deal on replacing the old pipes and valves as well. He even looked at a separate plumbing issue I was having. Overall, he was A!! Would definitely use again and recommend.

Mike responded the same day. He traveled a considerable distance late in the day to serve us. Our water heat went out and was leaking. He arrived at about 7:30 pm, and finished up about 9:00. He was concerned about a minor mess left behind, that we were perfectly willing to clean up (in about a minute). We now have hot water from a quality Rheem product. Price was fair, particularly considering the short response time and long day. Greatly appreciate Mike and his son.
