Do not work with this company! Aqua scape is a total scam. I met with Oscar a few months ago and explained to him exactly what I want. He gave me a quote and a contract. After our agreement, it took them a few weeks to start working. When he started on me coping he told me middle of the job that it is going to be more money his losing money and nagged and nagged. Then when it got to my tile he wanted 6k more because he made a mistake in measuring. Basically, for everything he wanted to start he wanted more and more money. I leaked my spa and instead of changing the pipe, he was trying to seal it. And the leak would not get fixed. After a few tries, he was finally convinced that he needs to change the pipe. The skimmer he replaced was not straight so he had to redo it 2 more times to get it straight finally when it was straight it was not the same height as my floor. When it was time to install the equipment for my pool, he said nowhere has it in stock so we had to change the brand and again I had to pay a few thousand dollars extra. Finally when it was time to do my jewel shape plaster he called n said he could not do it because the material is expensive now and that I have to pay 7k extra. That is when I said I need to put an end to this because he is milking me for everything he has to do. Plus I signed a contract with him he can not be fooling me like this. When he realized he can not play with me anymore He agreed to do the plaster same price as he had in the agreement. He send workers that he has never worked with and they told me they can not do jewel shapes. Every day he was sending a new person to my house to see who can take the job. I decided to fire him and not let him rip me off more. My advice to you is to not work with this company. They are not professional and they are very greedy. I will be taking him to court and filing a complaint about his license. He is a third party he does not even have his workers. He takes your money and hires different pool workers to do the job.

They built the pool from scratch, passed every inspection they are fabulous. The guys were all covid covered the boss actually came out and met the inspector. The inspector knocked on our door and told my wife they did a perfect job. We think they are super!
