I was having an issue with my Arctic Spa Hot Tub. Eric came out and quickly diagnosed the issue, did the fix, and answered all the extra questions I had. Eric was prompt, courteous, and super knowledgeable.

So pleased with our spa purchase from Aqua-Fun in Sussex. Jim the Service Manager, was incredibly helpful in our purchase decision. The delivery team of Joe & Deric were just as awesome, patient, meticulous with the set-up and expertly guided us on the spa setup process. Highly recommend if considering a spa purchase.

2025 (Nov) update -- just amazing folks! Jim helped me again diagnosing a pair of pump failures. Thankfully, what looked like a a large repair came back as a si.ple repair (with a unique twist). Can't compliment the guys who came out enough, awesome! 2021 -- Excellent folks! Had a small leak on my 14 year old hot tub and Jim helped diagnose it over the phone. Picked up a couple gaskets too (great gals in the shop too), but did not need them in the end to re-seal the leak. Even if I could not solve it my self, I would have them service my tub any day of the week given their professional approach.

Initial phone call was very good in what was discussed, the options available, and applicable costs. Technicians arrived on time and made effective use of time. Parts were needed so had to be installed on a return trip, which was done surprisingly fast. The whole process was very transparent, with the work and costs meeting expectations. I enjoyed working with this company and would definitely use them again.

Aqua Fun built my pool 29 years ago and I have used their services for opening/closing/repairs/chemicals for that time. The owners of the company are very involved and give outstanding service, on a very timely basis and at a reasonable cost.

Called me within 30 minutes after posting to schedule a service. Also fixed the hot tub leak during the first hour of service. Definitely would recommend to anyone.

Don’t call this company if you just want to quick schedule a repair. Wait until you have a good 15-20 minutes, because the repair manager likes to ramble and repeat himself. Other than that, it was a good experience.

all they seemed to be concerned with was getting there service call money and not interested in doing the job. Came out and said he would return never has done anything and won't come back, $125.oo for no work just a service call, still never told us what was wrong
