Aqua IQ

Excellent service and very happy with the water quality since the installation.

Dave is great. So knowledgeable and friendly. No high yearly Maintenence fees and extremely fair price for a full home and drinking water filtration system.

Dave is amazing and the man that Felipe, who did the work, was very respectful, knowledgeable and just a real nice guy. Work took longer then they thought but apologized up and down about how long it took. They came back, because I had a question about something , promptly and took care of my concerns.

The service was great. The system works great after almost a year now. The installation went smooth and I feel they gave me the best quote and were very honest. I had two service calls and they showed up promptly.

It had been our desire to install a home water system but it was always just out of our reach financially. When we had to switch to bottled water because we saw "plastic like" substances in our boiled water, we immediately reinvestigated home water systems and found Aqua IQ among a few. When Dave came out and presented his product, we found him to be very genuine and at ease, professional, and knowledgeable in his field of expertise. We found that to be refreshing on its own! He is not the "pushy salesman" you encounter 90% of the time! He allows the product to sell itself, and trust me it does!! We have a very small home and Dave and his installer worked with us to find the perfect area that would not interfere with the daily function of our home. Needless to say, the install went smoothly and Dave was there from start to finish!! I cannot adequately express the level of peace and wellbeing we have knowing that the water we use for everything on a daily basis is cleaned and protected from God knows what being filtered though our water pipes. When we retire in a couple of years our new home will have a water system installed before we move in!! There is no price you can put on the peace of mind you get from knowing your water supply is clean from your shower to your stove! I wish we had made the investment sooner! We fail to realize and take for granted that our water supply effects everything we do in life....think about it?

A little bit on the pricier side, but service was very professional , very helpful and detailed work.

I invited the company for service of the equipment installed one year ago. Needless to say, I am very happy with the water system. The service was fast and efficient, David is great, he checked the water, serviced the equipment in less than an hour. I am very satisfied.

Service was very professional , very helpful and detailed work

Great Service

I worked with Dave Cooperman. I was very pleased with his honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend working with him. Knowledgable, honest, integrity and professional.

great!

Great experience.

Excellent service, reasonable prices, provide follow up after installation They actually analyze your water in front of you, other companies take samples with them. David is a very responsible, very attentive person, knowledgeable person, proud of the job the company provides. Highly recommended.

friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating.

Great service very prompt they installed this system exactly the way I wanted it.The plumber was great and he also did a great job. The water taste fantastic thanks guys hope you like the banana bread.

These guys are great and really know their stuff. From start to finish everything happened as they said. There was no hard sell and the cost of their equipment versus what you actually get and what others sell inferior systems for is unbeatable. From Day 1 the water in our home has felt and tasted amazing. I could not put a better price tag on the peace of mind this has given me and my family. Every time we turn the faucet on we're using this system and we all sleep better at night knowing we have clean and healthy water in our home. Thanks to Aqua iQ. Highly recommend!

Great workers from sales through installation. Reasonable value, keep their appointment time, friendly and courteous. Extremely knowledgeable about water quality. I love the water now. Everything is shiny and no spots. Whites are brighter.. Skin feels better.

Very knowledgeable and fair. No pressure, only installed what we needed.

Dave was super nice, provided great customer service, and we love the product. Clean, soft water!! I would recommend him over all of the other companies I met with.

Dave was GREAT!!!!! ,He didn't try to sell us a new system as soon as he walked into my home, he tested the water and he came up with a solution for my hot water heater to correct the problem and recommend a plumber he works with to do the project. This I find to be honest, he didn't sell us anything and in fact helped us to correct the problem and assured us if we need him, he will be there for us. I had another company come in after Dave left and the guy started going right into his sales pitch about a new system before he got out any test and my wife said to him, Your selling us a system before you even tested the water?" this pissed her off and he lost her, at the end he told us based on his test, we do in fact need a new water system for $3,995.00 while 2 hours earlier, Dave from water IQ said what we have is doing the job. I thank Dave very much!!!!!

We all know the negative stories about home improvement contractors. And few are positive, but when it came to working with Dave from Aqua IQ the process and his honesty ranks above all. This is an expensive project and Dave proved to our household that we went with the right company. His follow up is impeccable, coming to the house 2 weeks after installation to test the water purification system. He called numerous times during installation and after. Not often have I ever raved about a contractor, but Dave unquestionably deserves the 5 stars. For anyone considering installing a water purification system and with our water quality riddled with chlorine and other cancer causing impurities, I highly recommend Aqua IQ and Dave.

Dave is great to work with and is very responsive. I didn't know how different Long Island water could be from NYC water. Now my water is safe for me, and most importantly, safer for my baby.

Dave was very knowledgable and service oriented!!!!! I highly recommend them!

Honest and knowledgable
