Prompt response. I was late for winterization of sprinkler systems. He came on the same day I called. Explains what they are doing, and has discounts if you renew with them for next year.

When I needed to have my lawn irrigation system winterized and help with some repairs, my usual contractor wasn t returning my inquiries, despite the forecast for freezing nights. I sent out an SOS online and was pleased when Aqua-Jet Irrigation immediately responded. They made themselves available the very next day despite a very busy schedule. After a courtesy heads up telephone call, Chris the owner arrived right on time. He worked quickly and with the confidence that years of experience allows and was finished in no time. His work quality and expertise encouraged me to enlist myself as one of his permanent customers on the spot and even plan for some long needed repairs in the spring. After my experience with Chris company (his work ethic, skills and knowledge and the company s fair pricing and great customer service) I knew I had found my long-sought, local go-to irrigation service. Five stars AND five thumbs up.

Quick work

They responded quickly initially but the problem still persisted and getting in touch proved difficult. Many heads were replaced, some that seemed to be operating fine, but now the overall system is working worse than it was before! Even heads they replaced aren't functioning properly. I'm having to call someone else in to get it taken care of right this time. I also thought it was pricey.

Very satisfied with the work done. He explained thoroughly what had to be done. Had to replace some sprinkler heads and he made sure he didn't mess up the grass very much. would recommend this company for any irrigation work
