Owner was rude and unconcerned when after routine servicing and treatment of Res-up ...dark aqua green water started coming into the house, from the chemical. Called on Friday afternoon, said couldnt come till Monday, offered NO solution in the mean time, or instructions on how to bypass until he COULD come. Have a rash n animals sick from bathing and ingesting, from the chemicals. Unit was purchased cash from Shaun...Not prompt or even concerned on the followup of toxic water coming into house supply, after they serviced it at 117.00 a pop a few days prior. Left several messages Saturday morn, after an hour an half, had to call an outside contractor to come analyze and flush out the system...I had no choice as i could NOT use this water till Monday!! Shaun was very rude and condescending...not concerned with the compromised toxic water, or offering a remedy , even a simple one, which was instructions on how to bypass the system till he could come, as i am NOT a water softner expert, which would have saved us both alot of stress. His son, was very courteous and professional however. Was very upsetting to be left hanging with dark aqua green water unusable water..

As a retired builder, I was very happy with the quick response and fair assessment of the problem. Their estimate was very reasonable and work performed in a very professional and timely fashion. Definitely recommend AquaLogic to anybody needing any type of well service.

Both the father and son were cheerful and courteous. They explained what caused my problem, what could be done and why, and we agreed on a price. They completed their work and I was more than satisfied with the results. I am selling my house and I want everything to be as if I were selling it to my best friend. AquaLogic did their part.

Shaun immediately call backed and gave a time frame of when he would be out to our home. He assessed the situation and came the next day to fix the well pump. He did have to come out a day or 2 later as one of the pipes sprung a leakier to a crack, nothing to do with the pump, but he promptly came and fixed it and it was a Saturday.

They were very nice and came out quickly to fix problem when they heard we did not have any water.

Ask for old parts and any paperwork showing what the warranty is for your new parts.

I have been looking for someone to replace a old water softener. I decided to buy one from Lowes and look for an installer. Shaun White did the install and he paid particular care to do it right and in my opinion the very best way. To bad Lowe's gave him the run around when he went to pick up the unit. Lowe's will not get a good review from me.

I would highly recommend this company. When we lost water on a Friday night they came right out, even though they did not have all the parts needed they did make sure we would have water for the weekend. They got the parts on Monday and completed the repairs and explained what happened and regular maintenance to help prevent it in the future. If I need a plumber in the future I will be calling these guys.
