After 33 years, I needed a complete front yard overhaul. Marie was absolutely amazing. We went over every single detail of what would be removed and what would be added in each of the beds in my front yard. Her vision was perfect. It went from a messy, overgrown front yard to a totally neat one that will be easy to maintain.

I hired the company for two projects. The company completed most of the work for both projects. A few stumps remain on both projects but the company has yet to come back and finish the work. I have contacted the representative multiple times via text and phone call but the company has yet to return. I walked the property with the representative demonstrating what work needs to be completed. The representative said part of the work could not be completed when the work was performed even though we contracted for the work. I explained to the representative that I was not happy.

I thought they did a great job I am very happy to be gone with those bushes

The price was fair, but some branches I requested to be cut were not and no explanation was provided.

Marie and her team were very quick and efficient, they did a great job and were very friendly, I would definitely use them again or recommend them.??

Great company to work with from first contact to estimate to work. Marie came by as promised, she was interested in hearing exactly what I wanted, and gave me a good quote. I liked that she seemed to really care. Her crew showed up the next day, as she said they would, and did the entire job quickly and efficiently. This is almost unheard of here is soFL. The job was done beautifully and exactly as I wanted. I would definitely use them again (I just might for monthly landscaping I am so impressed) and I would certainly highly recommend hiring Aqua Natural.

Marie was personally involved with her assistants in guiding the work. She is very conscientious and cares about the customer and the final result of the project. I would HIGHLY recommend her for your landscaping needs. I plan on calling her again to upkeep my landscaping!

Maria was fantastic from start to finish. I hired them to remove one tree that was tricky due to it hung over two of my neighbors fence. They were awesome, removed debris from all three yards. Both of my neighbors complimented the workers and thanked me for Hiring such a great company. There's a lot more to say about my experience but will end by saying I would recommend this company to anyone that needs their service. THANKS 5 stars!

I had Marie come to give me an estimate on retransplanting. She was very friendly and great customer service skills. She suggested to save money I remove the bush and purchase another one. If I move forward with this job it will save me $100s. Even though I did not move forward with this because of her honesty I would hire her for other work.

Aqua-Natural did a fantastic job trimming and removing several palms on my property for a reasonable price. I m looking forward to hiring them for other projects in the future.

With the possible arrival of Hurricane Dorian, we became worried about a mahogany tree that toppled over during Hurricane Irma. I called Marie on Saturday, the 31st, and she and her wonderful Crew of employees came here on Labor Day. Not only did they trim and prune the mahogany tree, but a gumbo limbo and three Sabal palms as well. Today, the 3rd, all five trees have survived The onslaught of high winds. We definitely recommend Marie and her group not only for their excellent work, but also for great customer service.

Wow! I've had issues with tree trimmers not doing what was asked of them, rejecting our vision of what the tree should look like at the end, in favor of their own. Not with this company! A very nice lady, Marie, came on Friday to give us our quote for the next day. Remember, this is just before the probable strike before Hurricane Dorian and they still made time for us! Two gentlemen showed up with a bucket truck and a second truck to cart off the debris. They were well spoken and understood exactly what we wanted done. Partway through the job, Marie showed up to help out. They did a fantastic job on our tree and did exactly what we asked. This company does the job as specified and well. We couldn't be happier and asked to be put on their yearly reminder call list. No one else is allowed to touch our trees!
