A plumber came to work on my tankless water heater. I was not getting hot water. The plumber spent an hour to an hour and fifteen minutes unable to resolve the issue or tell me what the problem was. He stated they would need to send someone out the next day to look at it. I was not charged for the work.

We had a sump pump replaced. I am hoping it holds up as long as the first one, it cost more than expected but both reps were courteous and efficent at their work.

They dont return calls. Job was stalled because inspector found an error they made. Not informed. Job took excessive time and options for tank abandonment were not discussed. Tank could have been emptied. Back filled with crushed concrete, soil or cement which would have prevented complete destruction of front lawn.... now looking at $1500 extra to resod.

Very professional. Explained everything he was doing. Answered my questions. Prices seemed fair. Company called back approximately 5 days later to see if all was okay and if we were happy with services.

Called them out for a electric water heater. After a couple minutes Angel found that it didn' t have power. Breaker issue. On a electric water heater even I knew that was a possibility. I never imagined the would send someone to work on a ELECTRIC water heater that wasn' t prepared and couldn' t change a breaker. He needed to send someone else out. Ok. I ask will I have to pay ANOTHER service call? Yes. So after paying $125 for a guy to remove 2 screws touch a meter to 2terminals and charge me $125 to tell me he needs someone else and I have to pay ANOTHER service charge for that? Never will I use this company again. As far as getting here in a timely manner and the service tech being friendly and courteous. They were excellent. Resolving my problem? Not so much.
