Nico serviced our Tuff Spa hot tub today. Jets were stuck on high and it was overheating. He was very thorough and clearly explained what he thought was the problem. He replaced the pump and the two heater flow sensors. Had all the parts with him. Took about two hours since we had to drain and refill it. So far everything is working normally again. Great job!

This is our go to place for our hot tub. The staff is super knowledgeable and very friendly. We have also had them come out to trouble shoot a couple times and their prices are very fair. They’re honest and don’t try to sell you a bunch of stuff you don’t need.

Best customer service I’ve had in a long time. Jason, Karol , Ruben, Nico and the delivery team have been amazing. I shopped around before making the decision to go with Aqua Pool & Spa Pros in Lindenhurst. It’s the best decision I’ve made, all other places will sell you the spa and no further service is offered. Aqua pool sells, services and best of all have great individuals that will take care of any and all issues that may arise.

So courteous and friendly there to answer any question you have and not make you feel like a fool for asking. What you feel is an important question, but they might think is silly.... Their customer service is top-notch. Their technicians are so very knowledgeable. We had Jacob and Justin and they were fantastic! I highly recommend aquapoo and spas to everyone!
