The plumber came to the house and charged 300 to put new insides on two toilets. However, my toilets still do not flush properly. He came out a second time and basically told me that I would need to pay 600 for EACH total to fix the problem. Basically paid 300 for nothing.

He was super. On time, answered all my questions, and gave me some really great advice. I would hire Pat again, very honest man. I also will recommend him to anyone that needs a plumber.

I called Monday morning and had serve call within the hour! Prompt, courteous, and personable. Had to leave to get a part and was back with 20 mins... spent time to show me how to adjust myself in water temp, so didn’t need to call back!! My new plumbing service!! 😀🙌🏼

Pat (plumber) was ontime for the appointment, polite, knowledgeable, offered good advice to care for product, made the repair quickly, effeciently and cleaned up after repair was done. I had a complex job and they sent out a tech that had to call and ask a lot of questions. They got the job done right but that was somewhat concerning to me.

Technician was extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and expedient. Explained the diagnosis of the problem in laymen terms and solution to fix it. Repair solved an annoying issue that I thought was a normal aspect of the functioning of my system.

The guy did a great job but I think they took advantage of the pricing because I was in a pinch. At least the other guy that I canceled on, offered this poor veteran a 10% discount.

Aqua Pro Plumbing, LLC was great to work with. They evaluated the project very quickly and work began. I had them install a garbage disposal and hook up a new faucet. They ended up having to rebuild some of the plumbing and install new on off valves. Not only did they do the repair but offered some valuable education for someone who is not so handy on how to take care of the garbage disposal and how to make sure the plumbing stays in good condition. They were in and out of the house within 2.5 hours. Same day appointment. Definitely returning to Aqua Pro Plumbing, LLC when we start our next home remodel project - the bathrooms!
