Aqua Pro Seamless

Getting a quote and availability was fine. After 3 days I was forced to cut my loss and find another company. First off Neither the owner nor the helper new anything about measuring for slope and were just eyeballing everything. They did not have color match for all the pieces, even though they were available from the manufacture, so the owner was spray painting the parts to match. At one point I found that he didn't even have enough of the down spouts on him and had a box of plain white and again was just going to spray paint stuff to match. So much for the 20 finish warranty. Screws were not matched to color and some were installed on the bottom side of the elbows creating a point for water leakage. The helper was installing too long of pieces by himself and therefore causing creases and bends in the gutters. I also had found that the helper had dropped his prybar from the roof and it had hit my car cover on my restored 51 Chevy 5 window and said nothing, until later when I talked to him about it. Luckily the cover was on in such a way that it only tore the outside fabric and there was no damage. I cut them a check for 600.00 bucks to cover materials used even though everything will have to be torn down and new put back up. Today I started to remove some of the gutter and what I saw on the job done to attach everything was beyond words. No mitered corners, nothing was hanging level and the corner box pieces were packed with plain silicone caulk and tilted in such a way as to hold water and not drain. I found one of the long gutter runs was cut with the wrong die to accommodate the orientation of the down spout, so that 40 ft run was junk. In the beginning I found out the owner didn't even know how to properly read his tape measure so there were some pieces cut that were incorrect. I think they are operating under the previous owners reputation and now am wondering if the are even properly licensed and bonded. Extreme causing if using these guys....I highly don't recommend them.

Part 1 great, part 2, terrible service! Tim Paulson installed the gutters in February. His service and installation were good. I found a few things he needed to fix, and he did fix them right away. There was one outstanding issue with a downspout, he indicated he would fix. Well, he is no longer with the company, and Tom, the owner/operator indicated he would help me get it fixed and then just told me to go to a famous home appliance store. FAIL! Multiple texts to say he would take care of it, and then does nothing. I DO NOT recommend this company, especially with this guy at the helm. Does not keep promises or commitments!
