Super nice experience. I had recently bought a new home with an existing hot tub. The filters had gotten very dirty and I was not familiar with the brand. Gary came out and serviced the jacuzzi and replaced the filters. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my system so I hired him to service it on an ongoing basis. I was very happy with Aquapro.

Gary replaced the air switch on my jetted bathtub. The access to the jet equipment was not easy. It was a little access door and it is not even close the air switch. The switch worked for a week. I called Gary and his son showed up promptly to fix it. The air tube fell off the switch and I don't believe it was Gary's fault. Most air switch get separated from the air tube over time due to air pressure. I rated the customer service 5 stars as they stand behind their work.
