We have now used this company twice and are very pleased ! They replaced our LED light and then later replaced our liner. Prompt, friendly, great quality, and excellent communication with their customers. We have had so many other companies ghost us, not fix the problems, or not even respond when we reached out for an appointment, so dealing with them was like a breath of fresh air! When our liner floated recently, they were out to our house to assess and we had a new liner in a week. We would recommend them to anyone and plan to continue to use them for our pool needs !

I wasn't happy with the scheduling. My appointment was for 3PM, I started trying to contact them around 3:30 and finally got a call around 4PM and he arrived about 4:30. The work was completed in less than an hour and the tech was very thorough and professional, nice young man (Cody). Haven't received an invoice just yet so we'll see.

Extremely pleased with service. Service Pro Cody knew exactly what to do. Checked and fixed any leaks. Completed job timely. Pleasure doing business with this company.

They charged to much and didn?t do a very good job and tried to stretch the job out multiple days, I had to hire another service at $80.00 dollars and they did a excellent job now my pool looks like this?

They cleaned the pool, put chemicals but the water didn't turn crystal clear. I am not satisfied with the project, the job was not done properly.

My pool was swampy. Couldn’t see the bottom. Aqua Pulse came promptly, vacuumed a huge amount of dirt and decaying leaves from the pool. They balanced the chemicals and left me with a sparkling, clear pool. Excellent experience from start to finish. I highly recommend them.

I was very pleased by the work done. He was proactive, figured out what was needed to be done and got the parts needed before he came. He was also reasonably priced and the final price was very close to his estimate.

Great overall experience. Brian helped me manage costs to keep within my budget. Friendly and courteous. Always prompt with follow up questions and additional work to be done. This was a refurb on a 40 year old pool that had been empty for 7 years. Would definitely recommend Aqua Pulse to anyone needing any kind of pool install or work!
