Had originally rated them 5.0, however changed the rating to 3.0 as we found two issues. First and foremost, when they completed the work they left an outdoor faucet running that they'd used to drain the water lines running and flooded our crawlspace as we weren't living in the house at the time and found the issue several days later. Secondly, given what we paid for the soft water system you would assume that they'd fill it with salt, not just put in one bag. What they put in between the softener and the RO system we're more than satisfied, its the other little things that are problematic.

From sales to technicians, they have a quality team. It was a pleasure to work with them and their system seems to be the best. They do top quality work at a reasonable price. I highly recommend them to anyone considering installing an upgraded water system.

We are very happy with our whole house water softener and RO kitchen sink unit. They were very informative and knowledgeable with recommendations. Great at listening to my concerns and needs. My 2-year-old loves the taste of our drinking water and ask for water every day.

They have great customer service. He didn't try to sell us anything. He worked to fix the problem.

Greg was the salesman and he was knowledgeable and has called back to see how it all went, then he returned for a visit to check the water quality. William was the installer and he was excellent. He had to think outside the box to get the equipment in a safe place under our 1933 house. We are pleased!

We have had this system for over 3 years and love it. Dishes come out clean and spotless. We only have to put in salt tablets about every 3 months and have filters changed once a year.

I didn't know what to do to find some help in servicing a water system (General Ionics) that I have had for 25 years. They knew everything about my system and got it in good running order again. They are very busy and the only down side was that it took a while to get them here as they service a wide area but it was well worth the wait. That's the only reason I didn't give them 5 stars!

They were very helpful about the product that I was interested in. Very professional on time and answered any questions that I had.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the product and how it worked. He respected that he was the third water purification company I had talked with and did not repeat unnecessary tests for which results were already known. He knew I was going to buy and system, wanted the business and gave me a price that was lower then his competition.

The post installation follow up was poor. The installer left without talking to the homeowner and without completing the job.

Be sure that the entire price is known before work starts.

About the only thing I would say that's negative about this company is their sales pitch. The usual sales tactic of bringing a kit to show the consumer how hard their water is, etc.. I already knew that before I researched water treatment companies. So I could have done without that. However, I do love the Kinetico Signature series unit that I had installed, even though it was pricier than I would have imagined. I recommend Fred.

Despite some early installation clitches and delays, they made it right within 24 hours of the problems. The system works well.
