Extremely poor customer service. Company owner made numerous excuses as to why they changed my order without notifying me. Overall bad experience and so would not recommend this company to anyone.

We love our purification system! It is an awesome purchase and we have had no problems at all! Easy to maintain!

Excellent equipment but found out later price could be beat from not only competitors but others offering kinetico equipment. Just felt like I was dealing with car salesman. What I mean is there is so much variation that it's hard to shop and feel you received a fair price. Not just this company but all softeners in general.

I have been using Aqua Purification for 11 years now and they are always so kind and helpful to questions I have or service I need. My husband and I are getting older and they bring out filters we need or mail them to us so we don't have to make a trip. The servicemen are very informative and I am never left unsatisfied. My kinetico system is great makes a huge difference in the quality of water and I wouldn't want any other company than Aqua Purification.

very friendly, and super affordable....didn't have a lot of extra money to spare, but the salesman worked with us. so we were able to get a water softener at a price we could afford. we have had one service performed, to change out the filters. and the serviceman was very friendly and fast. my over all experience was pleasant. i would highly recommend them to any one out their needing a water softner.

A lot of my family has kinetico systems so I decided to try it out and I love it! From the minute I called and set up an appointment to the time they came out and installed our system I was treated with the utmost respect. The professionalism of this company is profound. My salesman was really helpful because I had no clue what I needed and the technician did such a good job installing it and explaining how it works and what I should do with the filters. I would recommend Aqua Purification to anyone!!

WAS A EASY SALE FOR SALESMAN.WAS TOLD SYSTEM WOULD BE INSTALLED NXT DAY.PERSON INSTALLING SYSTEM DIDNT HAVE MATERIALS TO FINISH JOB,HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER SERVICE CALL AND GET PARTS.GOT CONSTANT PHONE CALL AND WAS IN HURRY TO LEAVE.MAIN VALVE WAS LEAKING AFTER WORK DONE,SYSTEM SEEMED TO WORK OK OTHER WISE.NEVER RECIVED FOLLOW UP FROM SALESMAN OR ANY INSTRUCTION ON HOW SYSTEM WORKS OR HOW TO MAINTAIN.SYSTEM STOPED WORKING AFTER WATERING YARD.CHANGED FILTERS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLY.CONTACTED COMPANY AND SPOKE TO RICHARD WHO IN THE BEGINNG SEEMED TO BE CONCEREN BUT AFTER SETTING A APPOINTMENT FOR A WEEK LATER .

We have been using them for 12 years they are always friendly, courteous, come when we call. They do what needs to be done, gives a very good service.
