I'd hire them again but all the phone numbers I've tried are no longer working.

A great company with prompt reply (on a Sunday, to boot) and notification of when the tech would be arriving.

They did an excellent job. Very friendly on the phone and in person.

BUYER BEWARE! When the Aqua Science technician came to do the installation of the water softener and water heater, he first reviewed the scope of the project and then gave me the list of additional items and labor that he recommended be put in, which was not quoted by the Aqua Science salesman. I had to have a loop piping system put in for the water softener and the Aqua Science salesman said he was quoting me a price to replace all the above ground piping outside - same as another local plumbing company had quoted me. It was not until the day of the installation that I was told that replacement of the 3/4" breather valve for our drip system was recommended, but was not included in the salesman's quote. That was a $200 add-on. The technician said not tests could be run to determine functionality, but did feel that the 3/4" breather valve should be replaced. He based it solely on the fact that it was probably installed when the house was built - 17 years ago. The technician also said he was going to install the piping in the garage different (more improved) than what was quoted me. That meant another add-on for parts and his labor. I wound up paying substantially more than what was quoted me for the complete installation. I was really upset by what I feel were hidden charges. During the process of the installation I contacted the salesman as to why I had to pay for extras on the outside above ground plumbing when I was told that all the outside piping and components were supposed to be replaced. He had no satisfactory answer for that question, but said that it was the technician who was the expert - essentially not him. I felt the salesman misled me when he said that his quotation was to replace all the outside plumbing. The technician's response to the same question was that the salesman is familiar with plumbing, but is not an expert on what is needed on a complete plumbing installation. If that is the case, then it should be the Aqua Science technicians who should be the ones quoting their plumbing jobs. If I had known what the true cost of the installation was going to be, I would have gone with the other plumbing company I was considering. Their total price was lower and they sent their best technician do quote the job. I know there would not have been hidden upcharges going with them since an expert was doing their quoting. I feel like I was really scammed on this project. Again BUYER BEWARE if you go with Aqua Science!

I want to thank service tech Sam M. for the excellent repair. He did an excellent job. Finding a leak in thirty-three old plumbing, he burnished the fittings, re-soldered, and replaced the couplings. Did not answer telephone calls on Dec. 26 and 27, even though they did have an emergency number. On Monday the calls were okay

I was referred to Aqua Science by Premier Inc in Peoria AZ. I had a new reverse osmosis system that Premier manufactured, and it was leaking. I called them to fix the leak, and at the same visit, I had my water tank tested, and bathroom faucet checked. I can't even begin to tell you how important it is to me as a widow and mother of a disabled adult child, to deal with reliable and honest trades. It has been a pleasurable experience dealing with Aqua Science, and specifically David O. In addition to my small fixes, he installed a water softener and new water tank in my home. He is such a professional, and so easy to deal with. The success of a company has a lot to do with the staff they hire, and David is skillful in both his trade, and his rapport with customers. Thank you Aqua Science, and thank you to David. It is nice to have someone reliable to call on when you need help.

They were great, they didn't think they could get there the same day but they were able to. The tech Derek was fantastic. In the end there was no problem with the solar water heater but I was glad that they put my mind at ease. I would highly recommend them.

Charged a lot to do practicaly nothing. I felt ripped off. It's annoying when I spent 6 years in college and I make nowhere near $1200 an hour. And nothing was fixed at the end either and he didn't do what he said. Poor value. Give them credit for brass balls though because it takes a pair to charge that much for that little.

It takes forever to talk to a right person. It will be better to direct the right person.

Fast and know what they needed to do.

There was no issue with the work done ... however, the price was verging on ridiculously high!! Prior to the contractor coming to the work site we spoke about the needs (replace a kitchen faucet) ... I already had the faucet so it was just going to require a little labor. I was told they typically charge $65.00 / hr. It took 30-mins to complete ... they replaced the water connectors too (a few $'s for a set from HomeDepot) ... they charged me $206's with taxes. I paid the guy who did the work as that was what he'd been told to charge ... but I contacted Aqua Science to review the charge and they have never returned my communications!!!!

An Aqua Science came out to my house the day I called them and they looked at my problem. They repaired my sink like I asked and the R/O faucet and then on top of that they went through all my plumbing for both sink and R/O and fixed anything else that was wrong. They were clean and did and excellent job and the price though it was the only quote I got was a lot less than I had feared.

The problem with my two running toilets was fixed very quickly. Aqua Science also fixed my leaking water source outside and capped one of two spouts closed.

Job performed was good. Cost was not! I was quoted a service fee over the phone and specifically told there would not be a travel fee added, only to be charged a travel fee and a service fee which was much more than was quoted. Will not use again.

They did not get out the next day as most reviewers previously stated. But they did get out within two days and made sure I got the discount.

Very professional, excellent communication and took care of the problem at a reasonable price. I will be calling them again when I need help.

They did a great job for us. They are super, great in their work. They are a very good company, have used him for fifteen years. They are very good, very satisfied with their work.
