Aqua Serve

Unprofessional and clearly since they are the only partner with Brita, they have completely let that get to their head. Need to treat women better from what I witnessed with how they treated my neighbor.

//update 10/24/22 After posting this review I was contacted by Aqua Serve who apologized for not following up with a quote on the previously mentioned services. A quote was provided and I agreed to move ahead with the work. My install was just completed by two very capable technicians who moved my entire home water filtration system into a new drain pan, relocated the equipment and put in a new easier to service RO system. When they planned to extend the plumbing from the old location with PEX and I asked them if they could plumb it with copper, they were more than happy to do this for me. I can recommend this vendor. I would just recommend that you will want to follow-up with them frequently and make sure that your scope of work is precisely laid out with exactly how you want things done. // original review follows I was referred to Aqua Serve when I had a problem with my water softener that was installed by a company that exited the residential water business. A rep from Aqua Serve showed up and showed me the very simple error that caused the problem and didn't even charge me to come out. He was super helpful and knowledgeable. Great! We discussed replacing my ten year old RO unit with a new one (which would be a simple drop in for my existing system), replacing the storage tank (also ten years old) as well as a few other related housekeeping items. I was to receive an estimate for the work in a week, but nearly a month passed with no contact from the rep. I contacted the rep by phone, and he said apologized for never getting back to me, and that he would get me that estimate for work in a week. That was a month ago. In a final exasperated attempt to give this company my money, I sent the rep and the general sales email at Aqua Serve a note asking them if they didn't want to bid the job if they could recommend another outfit in my area. Crickets. Aqua Serve gets a lot of good reviews, but apparently a residential customer with money in hand is not good enough for them to provide a bid for work. I am extremely disappointed and have gone on the search for another company to help with my home water treatment needs. If it's this hard to get them to take my money what will happen after the sale & install if I have a problem?

Great experience with aqua serve and Chip. We were in need of software/treatment here in highlands ranch. Our hardness levels have went down a lot and we have great tasting water. They were easy to work with and did a great job installing.

You will not regret choosing Aqua Serve! I wish ALL companies had the same level of expertise, customer service, and kindness. From start to weeks after finish, I could not be more impressed by their service. We are new to the area and purchased a home that needed a water softener. My initial consultation call with Chip was informative and I felt he was upfront and honest. Next he came to our home to test the water and discuss our options (he was respectful of social distancing and wore a mask the entire time too). The team that installed our water softener was efficient and they actually completed the project earlier than scheduled. Robbie in their office is amazing too - she's so kind and helpful if you ever need to call for anything. Hand written thank yous and timely follow ups - I only have good things to say about this company! I could not be happier with my decision to go with Aqua Serve . Hands down the best service company I've ever had in my home!

They were able to install a water softener in my closet and did it in one day.

Sales Rep. Chip Howes was very informative and by explaining every detail of the process helped me to decide on this system. Our installers were on time and very professional. The install looks very nice and they did a great job.

Technically Aqua Serve is very competent but their communication skills were lacking. I had to call to schedule the plumber to come out after telling Aqua Serve 3 weeks earlier I want them to install a water softener; seems I was forgotten. Then I had to call again after another 3 weeks to see when they were going to schedule the actual installation. Lucky I called as they had set a date but never contacted me about it; so I at least knew to be home that day. Actual installation was done very well, no mess and less time than estimated, unit works great.

Guys were experienced, efficient and did great work. Explained everything to me thoroughly and even fixed a couple of additional problems.

He was on time, new what to do, plesent, got the problem fixed and installed a sand catcher so the problem will not happen again.
