Nick at Aqua Shoppe drove over 2 hours to repair our in ground pool liner. He was so helpful, kind, and efficient too! We had never opened or closed our pool before and we had a party for our granddaughter on Saturday and he talked my husband and I through the steps to open our pool at 9:00 pm at night! It doesnâ t get any better than this! We are so lucky to have found Nick! Our granddaughter had a wonderful path with family and friends! Thank you Nick!

Nick was very responsive to our pool needs. He repaired our sand filter and removed sand that shot into our pool as a result of its malfunction. He brought a portable system (hammerhead) that extracted the sand without having to use my pool pump. Otherwise, the sand would have needed to be run through my pump - not a good idea. Nick is very friendly & saved us a lot of money compared to other pool companies that we contacted. Nick is a hard worker and we were fortunate to have been connected.

Nick went above and beyond with his customer service. In an industry where it can be difficult to get call backs, he reached out to us to see how things were going. They helped get our pool cleaner than itâ s ever been even without use of our skimmer due to a leak situation. They also cleaned and repaired our filter and replaced the sand. The rates were very reasonable. The best part of our experience though was Nickâ s knowledge and willingness to take time to explain things that they did and also the workings of the pool I didnâ t understand. This was great since I am a new pool. I already have, and will continue to refer Aqua Shoppe.
