Aquasource One Pool Management, LLC, works with commercial and residential pool and spa systems. We service the Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus metro area. Throughout our many years of experience servicing commercial and residential pools and spas, we've learned that many systems have very specific needs. Because of this, we've developed service and maintenance plans that are designed to cater to these unique demands. When you work with Aquasource One, you will work one-on-one with an expert service technician. We will learn exactly what your needs are, whether it is maintenance or a totally new system; we will provide you with the best solution. We believe that no job is too small and pride ourselves in our ability to stay within our clients' budgets and deliver our services in a timely manner.

CHARGED $80.00 TO QUOTE. OUR CHECK WAS CASHED THE NEXT DAY. THEY FINALLY PROVIDED A QUOTE DAYS LATER. VERY UNETHICAL.

Don't waste your money..they came to clean my pool and only removed leaves..I could have done that and it cost $80. Never will I hire them again.

"Unfortunately, there was a thick layer of leaves covering the bottom of your pool, in which case if we would have tried to use the vacuum, it would have clogged the vacuum and the entire system. We scraped and cleaned the walls, raked out the leaves as much as we could for over an hour,and added all the necessary chemicals for a basic cleaning. A basic cleaning with us is $80. Even though we did more work then a basic cleaning, we did not charge any extra. We apologize that you are unsatisfied, but every pool is different and typically when a pool is covered that much with leaves and debris, it takes a lot more then one cleaning to get it completely cleaned out. Again, we apologize for any dissatisfaction, but in this case we did the service that you scheduled and paid for."

Aquasource came as soon as they could for my pool with a busted pipe. He found the problem, told me how much to repair it, then got to work. He had it fixed it 2 days, it looks so nice where the repair was made and the pool is running great. Nice guy, professional, prompt, did a great job. I would definitely hire him again.

Vinyl Liner for Swimming Pool Replacement
All of the employees involved were polite and professional. Our new liner looks great! Very smooth. No wrinkles. Joe cam himself to do the cutouts for the filter. He answered all of our questions. I would use them again in a heartbeat, and would feel very comfortable recommending them to friends.

Had a leak with my filter he was in the area was able to come out right away. Fixed it in minutes very reasonable rates. It was hard to tell if it was really fixed because water level had dropped told me to call and he'd get back here the next day if needed but it was fixed.

My Initial review was "Very knowledgeable about the business". I paid the $75 service fee, he said he would be back with more manpower and supplies to finish the job. We texted for the next several weeks, no issues yet. By the end of August, he hadn't been back, would not return my messages, never finished the job. I wasted $75, I would never recommend this business.
