Great experience working with Richard, Tim, and the crew at Aqua Systems of Houston. Installation took less than a day. I could immediately tell a difference in the taste of our water and the feeling of the water on my skin. My skin is much softer and less dry/irritated after the system was installed. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience with Aqua systems of houston. I gave them a call, told them I was having problems with hard water and scale build up in our new home and they were able to help with my install in the short span of a few days. Now we have soft water in the entire house and bye bye to scale build up and spots on our appliances. The team was very professional and I highly recommend their product and services!

The filter and water softener system has improved the water quality immensely. We had hard water that. Had a lot of chlorine . No longer have rashes and I skin irritation from the water. The employees were helpful and explained everything.

I purchased my first water softener and reverse osmosis water purifier 18 years ago when we first built our house. We loved both! But nothing lasts forever and both needed to be replaced. Luckily, I still had the paperwork from the original installation and I knew who to call. I received the same great service and attention as I had 18 years ago. Both the office staff and installers were extremely professional and courteous. The installers were very good about explaining everything…how the equipment worked and how to maintain it. A big plus for me, is they were very respectful of my property. They left everything clean and organized before leaving.

Tim from Aqua Systems came out and tested our water. Have a concise quote on the system needed. No pressure. No up selling, even when given the chance to do so. Installation was efficient and effective. Great experience and high value overall.

Great service all the way from start to finish. The sales person was never pushy and gave me all the info needed to make a decision. The installation was great as well. Oscar explained what he would be doing and how the system worked. The entire experience was very professional and I highly recommend Aqua Systems of Houston.

We originally had a Aquasana salt-less whole-house filter system but it didn’t provide any real benefit to our water as we still had hard water. After researching our options we decided to hire Aquasystems of Houston to install a water softener and I’m glad we did upfront pricing, professional staff, and a great product what more could you ask for.

I went to Angi to look for a company that installs and services water softeners. I was blown away by the number of positive comments about Aqua Systems. So much so, I had to contact to see if it was for real. IT WAS. I got initial information from Richard (owner of the company) on which system would be right for me. He then answered all of my questions. He scheduled Tim Hare to come out and do a site survey and answer any more questions I might have. This was NOT a sales call, just an exchange of information. I decided to proceed after it was determined my location was a good candidate for a system. My install was scheduled and Hector and his associate came out to do the installation. Their work was clean and the whole install process was very smooth. In fact Hector made some suggestions to make the install even cleaner. They did a great job. They ran me through some quick operational details. So far I am really happy with the system. I have soft water at last. I recommend them highly!

We had a Smart Choice Gen II water conditioner installed about a week ago and to this point, we are extremely pleased with the experience. Richard and Tim are very customer focused and do not try to upsell or use high pressure, as so many others do. The installation was professional, and the techs did a thorough walk through of system after the installation.

We needed a new RO system as well as maintenance done on our current water softener system. Aqua Systems had sent over two technicians.. one headed into the house to install and the other to the garage to tend to the water softener. We were surprised by how quickly they finished. We will definitely contact them again for any future maintenance.

I chose AquaSystems after meeting 7 companies. They (Richard De Young, Tim Hare, and their installation crew) were professional to the core, have a tremendous amount of subject matter expertise, practice excellent business ethics, are super responsive, and last but not the least, have a fantastic product! Water hardness supplied by the city was having hardness a 8 GPG with over 2 ppm chlorine. After installation, I am now able to drink water directly from the faucets... have not seen any hard water scale in the showers... no rust rings in the toilet bowls... EVERYTHING is working just so perfect! Thanks Team AquaSystems!
