Matthew did a fine job on most the install, but did not quite finish the job. He said he would be back to finish and there was not much left, so I made the mistake of paying him. He gave me the runaround for many months, and eventually I discovered a warranty issue with his install as well, but he kept giving me the runaround before finally just disconnecting his phone number. If he is still out there, just know that you can not trust him, which is the biggest reason not to hire him.

Very friendly and knowledgeable. Did what they said they would, when they said they'd do it. Very fair pricing. Definitely will use again when it's time to do a full replacement.
