We had several things done, shut off valves replaced and we were preparing to install a new toilet in a bathroom. Brandon was our plumber and said he could do that day! He placed the order and did the install that very day and we were so pleased. Had a bit of a mix-up, no one at fault, and was instantly corrected. I cannot express how pleased we are with the attention to our needs and wonderful communications and customer service. We will never use anyone else! We are grateful we found such a wonderful company to work with. I so highly recommend this company to work with! Would like to give 100 stars if I could! Extremely pleased! Itâ s really difficult to find an honest and reasonable plumber. I also appreciate their professionalism during the pandemic to protect themselves and clients even though the PPE is uncomfortable. They did a great job and went over and beyond my expectations.

Jason and Terry did a terrific job! They are courteous and very professional! I will definitely call them for all our plumbing needs. I appreciate they took the proper precautions wearing Proper PPE keeping themselves and our family safe from COVID-19. They were very thorough and explained all details and scenarios prior to beginning the job. I shop around and really get informed prior to making decisions. I found them to be the most genuine. Plumbing work isnâ t ever cheap, but these guys were the most reasonable. This is the second time Iâ ve had them out, each time for something different, not related. Both times they surpassed customer service expectations. Jill in dispatch is also very professional. Thank you again Aqua Wizards!

I was in a jam and ended up paying greatly for it, very very expensive. To my surprise a commercial water heater was installed in my home. Also when I called the city I learned the permit was not pulled.

3/26/19 Our kitchen suffered water damage because of a water leak from a frozen pipe. Jason from Aqua Wizards was hired by Service Master to unhook the gas cooktop and reattach. He did an excellent job. He pointed out that the original installation was done incorrectly and repaired it. He was prompt on arrival and made sure the work area was protected and then cleaned when finished. Finally, when finished we mentioned that we had a problem with our gas fireplace not starting. He offered to look at it and pointed out a simple fix that he did in a few minutes with no charge. I highly recommend Jason.

Jason was extremely knowledgeable, diligent & personable! After having extremely disappointing experiences with plumbers dispatched by our home warranty company, & not offering sound remedies-lax in even correctly detecting problem, jason was a breath of fresh air. Would not hesitate to use again!
