Never did any work on our pool the whole month we used them. Added chlorine tabs to the floater and that was it. We had zero chemicals in our water and the filter which they claim they cleaned needs to be replaced because it is so filthy. They left a list every visit of what they did however things like cleaning the skimmer ..that box was checked but my skimmer sock was still in there and filthy after the guy left . Do not trust this company. They took advantage of the fact that I work midnights and was not around to see them complete their service

So much better than my last company. Don't wait like I did to fire your lousy service provider thinking they'll get better - they won't! Dependable and Professional. Will does a great job. Thanks!

Paul and staff were very knowledgeable about pool leaks and tested the entire system before starting and completing repairs in an efficient manner. If you have a leak,,,call them, you will not be disappointed!

Good service and always on time

We were absolutely blown away by every aspect of this experience. First of all it is a family business and the owner, Cindi, responded immediately to our request for information about installing a new heat pump for our pool. She followed up right away with written estimates. The price was excellent and the service technician and installer, Thomas, was top notch - very prompt and professional. Really, there was not even one negative working with this company. Outstanding!

The pool install is now in its 8th month of what was supposed to be a 2 month project. I believe this company does OK as a pool cleaning business, but they recently got into building pools. Do not use them for pool installation. They sub contract to the lowest bidder for each various part of the process. It's a slow tedious process that has turned into a nightmare. After they dug the pool hole, they left the huge mountain of dirt and rock and said it's the home owners responsibility to have it removed. Even though the contract states they remove and complete the excavation. Our dumpster for the project was filled by the owners of this company with their own garbage from projects they did at THEIR home, leaving us to pay for their disposal. I can go on and on with the terrible ways this husband \ wife owned company treat the pool building process. If you are looking to have a expensive pool put in, get a good company that has been installing pools for many years. It will save you money, and HUGE stress. Stay away from aqua.

Hired in March to clean up after hurricane. Monthly service until July; stopped abruptly without explanation.

Both Cory and Cindy owners of Aquadog came out to do a check-up of our Automatic pool cleaning system. It was not working as we found out because the valves were not reset properly after having pool tile work done. They took the time to explain how the system works so we could trouble shoot any problems ourselves if we choose to do so. They were so professional and helpful we plan to hire them if and/or when we go north. Not only are they knowledgeable but they are delightful people to work with. Thanks!!!

Installed new pump and timer everything is working

The finished project looks good, but it took them 3 1/2 months to complete the job that they said would be done in less than a month from scheduling to finished product. They cashed my check on 9/9/17 for the 1/2 down deposit and I was told at that time it would take approximately 3 weeks to complete the job, then I was told by the end of November, then by mid December the project was finally completed the week of Christmas. First they ordered the wrong materials which were delivered on a wooden pallet and placed on my lawn where it sat for weeks and killed the grass. The coping around the pool was removed and all of the tile and concrete debris was just allowed to fall into the pool which remained there for approximately 6 weeks, so no one was able to use the pool and the pool service which I pay for monthly could not service the pool, but I had to continue to pay them as they stopped by weekly as scheduled. Once the correct materials were delivered it was another 12 days before work actually started on my pool deck. They finally completed the work and cleaned out the pool. They did come back and place sod over the grass that they had killed which stuck up several inches above the rest of the yard and became a trip hazard for my 77 year old mother. What I found most irritating about this whole situation is that the owners of the company never took responsibility and blamed late deliveries on the paver manufacturer (they ordered the wrong product the first time), they blamed the installer which they subcontracted to was too busy to get to my house, the concrete finish guy is too busy. When I hired them they acted as if they had control of the scheduling and getting the job completed would be immediate upon delivery of the proper materials which in fact is not the case as they sub out all of their work and are at the mercy of the subcontractors schedule. This was at my mother's house and she sits on her lanai every morning. She was not able to go onto her lanai for almost 3 weeks due to the concrete prep that was done way before the concrete guy could come and finish the work. Like I said the finished job looks good but the incredible amount of frustration and time wasted on the phone was just not worth it. Then they have the nerve to send me a bill dated 12/26 with a due date of 12/27 and a note attached that if not paid by due date a 1.5% late fee will be accessed. WTH I didn't assess a late fee on them even though they were almost 3 months late. NOT WORTH THE FRUSTRATION

Corey and his team at Aquadog Pools are awesome! Corey has been incredibly helpful with our new home in Fort Myers. We are 'northerners" and have never had a pool and we were clueless. Corey has been very patient and teaching us all that we need to know. He installed a new heater and switched our pool from chlorine to salt water. Well, actually we don't need to do much, the pool is maintained perfectly and all we do is enjoy. Cindy is also great to work with from an administrative standpoint. Will is our week to week guy that comes and cleans the pool. Very professional and very courteous. We have NO hesitation in recommending Aquadog Pools!!
