He will not respond to issues, he sent his team to finish the work and never came to check it. He did not respond when project started leaking soon after completion. Pictures sent to him but did not followup. He did not respond to most messages personally, always TXT. Often had excuses why he could not show up, notifying me the same day or same hour of appt. (which takes a lot of effort to get off work early being a nurse). Very inconsiderate of others time. I did get Anji/home advisors involved and that is when he contacted me.

Ms. Michele F. was contracted on 2/26/21 and gave a deposit the same day. The contracted work was completed on 4/16/21 and final payment was made that same day. We have heard nothing back from her until January, 2023. Ms. Michele F. is currently covered under our warranty, for any areas we serviced that may have issues arise as long as the areas we serviced contractually have not been tampered with or altered in any form or fashion. We currently have her on our service board and will notify her as soon as possible for assessment and any repairs that may be covered under our warranty.

promised a two-week start time never showed up or call me back. finally, reach him after a month and said he had some delays and said he would get me the next day never showed up called and ask for my first payment back does not; want to return it (1750.00)unreliable very upset about this.

His customer service was terrible. He said he would come and never came. The quality of his work was terrible. It wasn't even two weeks before the foundation was leaking again in the basement.

Larry and company did very good job installing outside and inside foundation draining system. He came out several occasions and that nice.
