He contacted me immediately, told me he would be in the neighbor and what time, he actually showed up early, took a look at the heater, and fixed another minor issue I had and left. I told him I would like a bid on a new thermostat and new heater...he was very upfront, fixed what needed to be fixed and it was a great experience, for a change, from a contractor.
