This company collected our money $40,000 without doing our pool

.Aquanautics POOLS are a bunch of frauds!!!! Just found out they are filing for bankruptcy, after literally stealing from us. You owe us over $25,000. Not getting away with this! Lying Crooks!!!! I hope they all go to JAIL!

They do not return phone calls and do not respond emails. I want the work to get done, I do not want to wait the summer without a pool and I want them to be responsible. If I knew that they had a hundred pools going on at the same time, I would have not signed a contract with them. They should disclose that information to people.

I wish they would communicate more often with time line with project and keep you informed about each process. Also there work crew should pick up after themselves and not leave trash thrown out on our property.

Great work, job and price. Would definitely recommend this company. They are top notch.

Their crew was fantastic. They came in and within a week they had completed the pool redo. Work quality was great. Pool looks better than it ever has.

Very disappointing. Initially seemed very professional and were more expensive. Chose them over less expensive companies. Pool resurfacing did not come out as what was shown due to scaling caused by bad start up on their part. Terrible communication, personally had to reach out to them constantly for information. They did not show when they were supposed to and did not communicate. In an attempt to get a resolution, there is about $150 chemical that could fix scaling and save company reputation. They would rather pass that expense on to the customer. Very disappointing, I wish I chose any other company. I will try and post pictures of the finished pool.

If you're thinking about having your pool resurfaced I would definitely go with this company they did everything that they said they were going to do the exact time that they said they were going to do it in such a pleasure to work with you could always get ahold of him anytime you want the people doing the resurfaces was so efficient and when they left everyday they cleaned everything right to the point I'm so happy with my finish pool there is not one person that I spoke to in person or on the phone that wasn't helpful I would recommend this place 100%

Aquanautics is an amazing company, with a great staff that values their clients, communication, and high standards. They respond promptly to any question. They keep you abreast of all progress throughout each step, ensuring your satisfaction. They use quality products, from well know vendors that you get to touch, and often take home samples to compare and design. There was never any pressure to get what we didn't want, or to purchase more expensive products. I am extremely happy with our new pool. We waited seven months to write this review, to ensure that the pool was still up to our standards, and it's just as amazing as the first day. Everyone that comes to visit asks us who installed our beautiful pool. We are so proud to have their work of art in our yard. They asked us what we wanted and gave us exactly that, our dream pool.

as a Florida FL homeowner who lives in NY, we needed a pool specialist that would keep us appraised every strep of the pool resurfacing project.. pictures, daily reports, anything that we needed. they finished earlier than promised and were wonderful to do business with.

We just had our pool resurfaced. We got 5 estimates. All the companies fell within the same ballpark, but one stood out. Their presentation was impressive. Before we requested, the first thing they presented was their license, insurance and warranty information. From there we felt no pressure to spend above our budget. The entire process was explained from start to finish. The products they use have a 15 yr warranty. We chose this company Aquanautics. Boy did they live up to the impression we got at the presentation. I might add that they are available by phone communication, text and email. They're not impossible to reach after deposit is made and you're in contract. I feel like they consider it their pool they're resurfacing. That's the attention to detail and the respect we have gotten. The work crew is phenomenal in their work ethic, respect, efficiency, communication, knowledge and an impeccable job. They work like a well oiled machine. I cannot stress how impressed we were with them. This company gets an A+ rating in our book. Best company we've ever had the pleasure to work with.

Beautiful results

I would highly recommend Aquanautics Pools. We had our pool re-tiled and resurfaced and all the crews were very hard workers, cleaned up very thoroughly, very courteous and polite and did a wonderful job. Could not be more happier with the end result. Nancy and the entire staff has been very pleasant to work with.

I highly recommend Aquanautics Pools! This is a family owned/operated business and are genuinely nice people who want to satisfy their customers. We had a complete pool renovation done that included new tile, aqua cool mini pebble surface, LED lights, heater, salt system, automation, and filter. There were a couple little issues along the way, but that is to be expected with a big job like this and they quickly addressed everything we asked them to. Nancy, Eddie, Mark, John, and the rest of the crew were truly a pleasure to work with. I was particularly impressed with their level of communication. Nancy was always available for questions, very quick to respond, and guided me through the entire process. Overall great experience and our pool looks beautiful!!

This company was fast, neat, and very professional. I watched every step of work and being an engineer by trade found they knew what they were doing. There was a couple of small issues that were swiftly taken care of, which is a testament to the integrity of this company. I definitely would recommend them to anyone.
