.Aquanautics POOLS are a bunch of frauds!!!! Just found out they are filing for bankruptcy, after literally stealing from us. You owe us over $25,000. Not getting away with this! Lying Crooks!!!! I hope they all go to JAIL!

They do not return phone calls and do not respond emails. I want the work to get done, I do not want to wait the summer without a pool and I want them to be responsible. If I knew that they had a hundred pools going on at the same time, I would have not signed a contract with them. They should disclose that information to people.

I wish they would communicate more often with time line with project and keep you informed about each process. Also there work crew should pick up after themselves and not leave trash thrown out on our property.

Their crew was fantastic. They came in and within a week they had completed the pool redo. Work quality was great. Pool looks better than it ever has.

Very disappointing. Initially seemed very professional and were more expensive. Chose them over less expensive companies. Pool resurfacing did not come out as what was shown due to scaling caused by bad start up on their part. Terrible communication, personally had to reach out to them constantly for information. They did not show when they were supposed to and did not communicate. In an attempt to get a resolution, there is about $150 chemical that could fix scaling and save company reputation. They would rather pass that expense on to the customer. Very disappointing, I wish I chose any other company. I will try and post pictures of the finished pool.
