They gave us a professional written bid. They called when they were going to be 20 minutes late for the bid. They arrived on time for the installation and did an excellent job. They tested the door installation a number of times and taught me how to adjust it myself should it be necessary in the future. They cleaned up nicely. A wonderful experience.

They provided us with actual installations done on houses and well as let us see the factory and the paint job that one of their painters did. This helped us with details we didn't even know to ask about. They helped us compare every combination of door and asked how satisfied we were with each solution.
