PURCHASE & INSTALL OF PROPANE FURNACE & ALL PLUMBING TGROUGH OUT HOUSE DONE GREAT.
HAD 5 YR. SERVICE CONTRACT ,
I HAVE BEEN CALLING AQUARIUS PLUMBING FOR LAST 2 1/2 YEARS,
THEY CALLED BACK ONCE NEVER SHOWED,
I CALLED 14 MORE TIMES SINCE THEY LET CONTRACT RUN OUT FOR 2 1/2 YEARS.
THEY DON'T MIND CHARGING YOU FOR FURNACE & GUARANTEE .
BUT THEY DON'T HONOR THEIR
WORK !
THEIR WORD & REPUTATION SUCKS !
IT WAS A BRAND NEW HOUSE BUILT IN
2018-19 .
I CALLED TO DO A YEARLY SERVICE & THRY COULDN'T EVEN HONOR THAT !
THE WORST PLUMBING COMPANY

They installed a new faucet in the rear of my home and replaced the front outside faucet and the cellar shutoff to it. They removed and installed a new toilet very quickly and did not encounter any issues. They were prompt and friendly and barely intruded with our normal home activities. I was amazed with the efficiency and quality of their work. I highly recommend Aquarius Plumbing. I highly recommed them.

Mike thoroughly inspected the gas line needs for my newly purchased gas range and discussed the work schedule. Mike called me back 2 mins after I hit enter on Home Advisor, set up an appointment for the next day, came out to give me a quote and made recommendation to upgrade boiler to a Combination unit. Provided a quote as promised and they will be here today to install new boiler combi unit. Very professional

Got me out of a real jam.... I was 3000 miles away when the 18 year old water heater failed. Water everywhere. Mike called me right back and was able to get cold water turned back on immediately. Made a good recommendation to replace my 60 year old furnace at the same time. New work was done professionally and affordably. I would deal with again and would recommend him. Another positive, he arrives when he is supposed to and calls to keep you apprised of the work in progress.

My husband and I were hoping to have our traditional water tank replaced with a tankless heater. When the contractor arrived, he reviewed the electrical box, measured the area and took some photos. After about a week, I received a call stating the job could not be completed. Although we couldn’t use them for the job I appreciated the time, energy and honesty from the contractor working on the job.

Asked plumber to do additional kitchen faucet and drain replacement. The contractor was agreeable and did a fine job. Being older plumbing, difficulties arose and were solved with intelligence and skill. The water heater installation required an electrician which the plumber arranged and who showed up on schedule to make the total project finished quickly
