Everyone was great, but there was a lack of communication between the salesperson (President) and installers about bypassing my fridge. The installers were gracious enough to do it even though it wasn't written down. They were all very personable and accommodating.

I recently had a water softener installed by Aquascience of NY and couldn't be happier with the experience. After our first phone conversation with Stephen, the process moved smoothly. The site visit was thorough, and we quickly signed the order. The installation team was professional, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the system. They designed and executed the installation with outstanding attention to detail. Overall, I highly recommend their services for anyone in need of a water softener.

We loved working with Aquascience. They were very responsive, transparent, and thoughtful in their evaluation of our needs. While they were installing, another technician was working on our home and applauded their past services for his home. It has been a great service. We highly recommend.

Overall a very good company and I would recommend them. We had an AIO system installed to remove hard water and iron (among other things) along with a water softener system. My one complaint would be this. The water filter they installed had a leak. They came and looked at it and just fiddled with it if you will until it stopped. This was covered under their warranty. Six months later when I changed the water filter, the same leak started again and I needed a service call. This time they had to replace the part, not covered under warranty. The service call and parts and labor were not covered under warranty because it was six months after being installed. I would not have known this though until I went to change it for the first time and had an ongoing service call for the same reason with them. I was not impressed with that level of service.
