"We were out on July 7th and found multiple holes in customers liner and she said she has went through all pool the pool companies in the area and she was ripped off by them all. So I explain to her that we were backed up 2 weeks do to the rain before she even decided to do the liner and she was ok with that as she needed extra time to get the rest of the funds together.We showed up and the crew accidentally picked up the wrong liner and informed her that one of the other guys was on the way to pick up correct liner 20 min away and she started cursing at the staff and she called the office and left a very inappropriate message ."
