Victor and his buddy Mike did a good job in explaining about the hydrotech product and also Mike installed it the right way at home - its been working flawlessly for over a month now and I am very pleased with the install - looking forward to a good service for years to come when the need arises. Overall a great experience so far, installed system on 10/01/16. Victor the owner/salesman explained the system and designed it based on the water test performed in our home. Mike his installer did a good, clean job. We did have some miscommunication, I wanted the Reverse Osmosis unit in the garage with the other filter. Victor said that it could be done but when the installer Mike came, he said it was not easy and the unit was installed under the sink. Technically not a big deal, but sales and install team should communicate before responding to the customer.

As others have noted, Victor was very knowledgeable and friendly, no hard sell or badgering. He always arrived promptly on time and was very communicative. Our house is set up a little oddly, so he had the installer come to take a look the next day and got it all figured out and installed that morning. They also left us extra bags of salt and did a follow up water test.

The rep - Victor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was extremely worried about lead and mercury in our water. He could have easily played on my fears to sell me on an additional filter that cost another $1350. He did not - he took time to test our water and show us those fears were irrelevant. Very honest and trustworthy. We are a week in and the tech works great so far.
