Tim was prompt getting back to me with a difficult situation as I hadn t seen the pool or surroundings. The family I was helping said he was an answer to prayer.

Tim was very helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions about the various work that will need to be done on my pool, including work that he would recommend others to complete. He then quickly completed the maintenance work I requested. I'm sure I'll have him out again.

Tim's great. Showed up on time, Knows his business. Made solid recommendations for improvements and repairs. So far they're doing a great job maintaining my pool.

Tim is the best! He actually answered the phone on a Saturday and told me he would be right out. He fixed the wiring mess I made trying to change a clock, as a result I had no power to the pool and it's 105o He expertly put the mess back together letting me know I needed not only 1 clock but 2, he took his time and expertly explained everything. I only wish I had called him first. SERVICE LIKE HIS IS HARD TO FIND.

Repair of broken pipes was prompt, professional and reasonably priced. Above the repair work that was done extremely professionally, Tim explained the reasons why they broke, ways to prevent future occurrences and identified other work that I may consider and the reasons why, as well as work around solutions if I decide not to have the work done. Perfect, and no one ever tells you work around, all they want is your money. He service is different, better and I highly recommend and will use this company only for future needs.

I only gave four stars because our communications got mixed up, otherwise they would all be five stars! Great work done when promised! I would highly recommend this company!

Tim is the President/worker and is very knowledgeable about pools and water requirements. He will do other tasks without question. His monthly fee is slightly higher but he does more work during his weakly visits than our previous pool man. I would certainly recommend him for pool service.
