Great experience with Lena & Matt! Very professional, friendly and high integrity. Heater is three years old, previous pool company that maintain chemicals and installed the heater said it was â fried and the chemicals were off so the warranty was voidedâ and left. Matt arrived early in the rain and diagnosed the issue in 15 minutes. It was out of warranty, but the repair was done on the spot and the cost was 80% less than a new heater. Matt could have easily sold me a new heater, but instead repaired it. Super impressed with Aquatic Pool heating!

They quickly installed two new pumps a filter a heater new valves a pool light and a spa light and an intelli center and some wiring. Then they painted everything with a uv reflective paint. They showed up on time and worked very hard on this project.

Matt, Lena and their crew were very professional and responsive in addressing all my questions about pool heating systems and in executing the installation work. The installation was completed within a few days of my awarding the contract to them and the work site was left clean and proper. Matt is very knowledgeable about pool systems and re-programmed our pool pump for maximum efficiency and suitability to the heat pump. He was also very helpful with operating advice. I would highly recommend Aquatic Pool Heating for any job that they propose to carry out.
