The company was very unprofessional, rude, and they said they communicated with my wife but they did not, and they hung up on me multiple times.

They did a great job! They worked really fast and had fair pricing. I recommend the company!

The pool was not level when the two men left. I called them back the next day two other men came the made it a little better but made a mess out of it. The guys were very nice but poor install.

Work well and results were good, slow on completing the project, but results were very good.

Theyâ  ve only come out, drained the pool and took measurements. They were extremely knowledgeable and pleasant. Thus far I am pleased with the way they are handling everything Iâ  ve made the deposit and theyâ  re ordering my liner. Expect to hear back from them in the next couple of weeks.

I hired this company off of the previous reviews thinking they would do a good job. The only thing this company has completely satisfied was their inability to communicate, poor job performance, and their lack of quality. I can not count the number of calls I have made to this company to get them to fix my leaking NEW LINER. Not only does my pool continue to leak they would not return my calls. My liner has numerous wrinkles and the water is no longer level around the pool. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of whoever this company belongs to. I cannot believe they are listed here on Angies List and it makes me wonder how easy it is to get listed here. I am completely dissatisfied and still have a leaking pool.

Today is May 3rd, 2022. 109 days since I started the process with Tim Fowler at Aquatic Pools and it has been an unpleasant experience. Tims crew was contracted to put in a new liner. In the beginning, his crew was all over it. They came out and measured the pool, collected a $1000 down payment, and ordered the liner. The installation began the first week of March and concluded on 4 March when I paid the remaining $3000 invoice. I began filling the pool and it was almost full when on 7 March the liner filled with water underneath. He came out with a pump on 8 March, however, not big enough to remove the water, although the picture was evident that there was a tremendous amount of water. The pool was drained, and Tim realized his crew did not put the seal behind the light which caused the water to flow behind it. When the light was removed the plastic deteriorated and crumbled at the touch after being in place for nearly 20 years. Tim told me he would get it fixed and supposedly placed an order for the part. On 25 March Tim texted me and said the part was 8/10 weeks out so he canceled the order and assured me he would personally find one over the weekend. I then texted Tim after the weekend on 29 March and asked for a partial update. He thought Recreonics may have had a piece but if they did not, he would craft a custom piece and again assured it would be fixed by the weekend (2-3 April). Between 29 March and 10 April, I never heard from Tim. Therefore, I sourced the parts myself and was able to find multiple vendors, and had the parts shipped overnight. I texted Tim on 11 April and told him I got the parts on order and to meet me at my home on Friday, April 15th. They showed up, drained the pool again, put on the seals on the lights then said they did not have the tool to finish installing the light. They left. I have not heard from them since. I decided to hire someone else to come in and finish the job at an additional $1000 cost. Based on my experience with Aquatic Pools I can say that they are poor planners, inefficient, and incompetent, and would not recommend them to anyone. The sad thing is we canceled our vacation this summer to focus on fixing our pool area.

They first showed up and acted like professionals, but then they came to do the job. When I got to the place and checked the liner, I noticed they did not level the sand under the liner as promised. When I asked them to do that, they said they were there just to install the liner. I told them you promised it and that is why I gave you the job. After they leveled the sand layer and finished the job, they said they would come back in two days to finish everything, but after four days, they have not shown up yet.

Tim and his crew was awesome. They showed up on time and were efficient. They cleaned up afterwards as well. There was a problem with the liner and Tim noticed it because of his vast experience in pool installation. We had to get another liner and Tim agreed to come back and change out the liner on a Saturday. He did not have to do that but he wanted me to be satisfied even though the issue with the liner was not his fault at all.

The owner is friendly and very talkative about what all they can do. Tim promised several things when we signed contract on Jan 31st but we did not put all in writing and took him at his word the work would be done per our meeting. I kept notes from our meeting but he cannot remember the conversation. Below is what I would recommend anyone doing business with them on an inground pool contract: 1) Get every detail in writing up front - details below 2) Location of pool exactly - our pool was supposed to start 10 from existing deck but only got 6. 3) Date to have job completed- like stated above signed contract Jan 31st and asked to have all completed by Memorial weekend - said no issue wanted to start in Feb and have completed in April - Not completed until June 24th (still owes small items which we do not ever expect to see since he does not return calls or text messages since paid on June 24th. 4) His crew leaves trash all inn your yard and neighbors yard without them picking up after themselves. 5) Found out why job took so long - Tim stated late May when they were not going to complete on time and I complained I never see you or your workers until around noon when they did show and leave only after a couple of hours that he does not get out of bed until 8-830am and crew meets him 9am to 10am. 6) Quality is not their strong area with in-ground pool - cracking in decking, cool deck is peeling ( promised extra can of coating to touch up by July 4th still no show), drainage not correct from area pool was built ( I was concerned at the start during quote and building due to flow from layout of land but told no problem they knew what they were doing.) pooling of water on deck to to concrete not done correctly, one end of liner (wall) not straight, missing several caps on fence they installed ( promised to have caps around 4th July still no show), caps on retaining wall all not glued ( promised glue by July 4th still no show), retaining wall had to come down during construction due to lack of knowledge on how to build wall after stating several times his contractors knew what they were doing at the beginning, yard repair promised but did not put much seed down even after I bought 30tons of top soil since he could not find, glue and concrete left on fence not cleaned, concrete left on my existing deck not cleaned and broke sandbox for grand children( promised to replace with 500.00 dollars worth of red rubber mulch but only got maybe 100.00 worth 10 bags from Lowes. 7) Still waiting on a slide ( we discussed a diving board but during his visit on Jan 31st he convinced us to go with slide with the grandchildren but he cannot remember this either) He stated he had another slide on order in March and should be here by Memorial weekend but still not show and now he does not respond to calls, emails or text messages. Like I stated earlier, nice guys but not very professional in their craft. They can install a pool but takes very long and not detail oriented. Found tools all over the yard plus they damaged my electrical cords and did not offer to replace ( I bought new ones). If anyone uses them I would strongly suggest all in writing and a time for completion with $$ back on days over the time limit.

The caps were not fastened to the pool, the liner was not straight, the bottom was not smooth, the ladder was not put together.

Absolutely the WORST contractor I have ever dealt with in my life. Showed up a day late unannounced at 5 pm on a SATURDAY evening. The owner did not even know what they were supposed to be doing (ours was a semi-inground install) and after removing the sod had to be told and replied **that he could have been way further along had he known that!** DESPITE the fact that it was written VERBATIM in the estimate. The owner then proceeded to allow his son to operate the bobcat and he proceeded to almost flip it in our yard. While he was still digging they started to open and prep the pool parts and came to me asking **where the wall was** and I had to explain that the boxes they opened WERE the walls. When they determined that they had no idea how to put it together they packed up and I was told by the owner that they would be back first thing Monday to finish. Monday morning comes and goes... after several unanswered texts I finally get a reply that they are pouring concrete on another job in Frankfort KY (we are in Southern Indiana!). I replied that per his word we had expected them at our house to which he replied **I know. I have had this planned for a while** (We had the install date scheduled for months!). For the next few days we are told repeatedly that they would be back only to not show up or even call/message us. I would not recommed you hire them to install a plastic kiddie pool in your yard.

Really enjoyed our experience with Aquatic Pools. They made the install an easy process and it was a pleasure getting to meet the team!

Get what you pay for. Hire professionals and you get a professional job done. In and out in a day, and we're talking about a 30ft pool.
