Had an unfortunately negative experience with Ines Alonso and this company. I hired them to perform weekly cleaning and to fix a light issue. Communication and service were good at the beginning but I was basically ghosted by Ines after he hired contractors to do electrical work they could not perform and ended up further damaging a light socket system in our spa. When I called and texted him to attend to equipment and unfinished work, I was ignored and my calls and texts were not returned. He intimated about some personal problems but offered no explanation, repair service, or reimbursement to me for the $ I had to pay to fix the light job and shock the pool. There are many pool service companies to pick from, in my experience Mr. Alonso is someone you should avoid.

I am a Senior Citizen and contracted on April 26, 2019 Inez Alonzo, Owner of Aquatics Solutions to drain, clean, acid wash and chemical start up of my pool for $1,600 cash. Inez crew came out April 27, drained the pool used some acid, THE CREW DID NOT VACCUUM THE BOTTOM OF THE POOL, NO CHEMICAL START UP. THE LAST TIME I SPOKE WITH INEZ ALONZO WAS 5/4/2019. I CALLED, EMAILED AND TEXTED, NO RESPONSE . INEZ ALONZO IS VERY CONVINCING. THIS IS INEZ ALONZOS SECOND HOME ADVISORS REVIEW PAGE. INEZ ALONZO HAD THE FIRST REVIEW PAGE DELETED BECAUSE THE REVIEWS FROM OTHER CUSTOMERS WERE ALL THE SAME, WHERE INEZ ALONZO TOOK THEIR MONEY, DID NOT PERFORM THEIR SERVICES OR PERFORMED SUCH POOR SERVICES THAT MANY HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER PROFESSIONAL. INEZ ALONOZO SHOULD BE REMOVED FROME HOME ADVISORS DUE TO HIS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE AND ESPECIALLY SENIOR CITIZENS. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!

Has done a good job, except seems to need more chemicals. Pool gets some green before the week is up.

The manager over the job was very personable , friendly and understanding . Even though they were extremely busy he made sure to update me on when the job would be done .

He cashed my posted dated check 10 days before the job was to start and never showed up or called. Ignored my phone calls but answered when called from another number.

The company did not vacuum the swimming pool and only added chemicals. $85.00 just to add chemicals and no vacuuming

Owner of business came to scope out the pool area and equipment. He was very professional and provided thorough information and was able to help this first time pool owner understand a little bit more how the pool works and how I can help keep it in tip-top shape! Very honest on what needs to be done and what can wait until later. Recommended for all your pool needs!

Had to make three trips to fix the problem. Tank was leaking after filter cleaning. Hard to respond.

I hired Ines to service my pool and paid them $400, on the the 4/17/19 called then and cancelled and they told me it would take 5 days to receive the check and I still have not received it
