Aquazul Pool Cleaning & Remodeling

I contacted five companies about repairing a leak in my swimming pool. Aquazul was the only company that responded to my inquiry, came out to look at the problem, and gave me an estimate. Shortly after signing the contract we ran into scheduling issues. Multiple days of rain put them behind schedule on their jobs in progress. Once we got started, a worker injury put them again behind schedule, but the pool is repaired and we are able to swim again. The entire process was very professional. The crew was responsive to my requests and kept the work area clean. While they were fixing the area of the known leak (which was by the skimmer), the crew found an issue with the piping associated with the skimmer. Instead of just covering it up (which is what I think the company that repaired the last leak did), they brought it to my attention and recommended the skimmer and plumbing be replaced to avoid a continuing cracking/leaking problem in that area. My only complaint with Aquazul was that they were not great with keeping me informed on the schedule or when they were planning to come out to the house. Luckily someone was always home when they did show up. Aquazul does pool repairs, remodel/repair, new construction, regular pool maintenance, and pool equipment repair/replacement. I will definitely use them if I need any pool assistance in the future.

I contacted Aquazul about a green pool. They assured me they could take care of it quickly with no problem. Four weeks later, the pool looks the same or worse than when they started. The technician spent MAYBE 15-20min each week (except for the week they didnâ t come at all), doing minimal maintenance(skimming surface, emptying skimmer basket, etc.) like they were just maintaining a pool that was in great shape. Each week I expressed my concern and was told â I understand, weâ ll take care of it', but no additional effort was ever put in. Did I mention they skipped a week that I PAID FOR?? Very poor service. I would NOT recommend them to anyone.
