    I would have given a perfect review but they did not show up for the first appointment. I realize it was a holiday and bad weather but wish I had a quick call and just rescheduled which is what we eventually did. Very nice people and also cleared a bathroom sink that a previous plumber did not do a good job on. I will definitely use them again and referred them to my sister for a toilet repair as well!

    I the plumber did not have to dig a hole for pipe was in plain sight only about 4 in Long all he did was cut and glue took him less than 10 minutes and they charged me $140 was trying to charge me 200 and some odd dollars they should only charge me like 50 or 60.

    It cost me $477.00 for this company to service my tankless water heater. What did I get for my money. Let me tell you what I didn't get. I didn't get a Master Plumber who knew what they were doing. I didn't even get a Plumber. The assistant came out, put in some valves and ran some cleaning solution thru the system. That didn't fix the problem. He called for technical assistance with Rheem, but was left on hold. So he told me I needed to call and let them know that he thinks there is something wrong with the mother board, so they can send out a new one for him to install. Said it would cost $150.00 for the installation. I will not be giving this business another penny. $477.00 should have gotten me a Plumber who would have run a diagnostic and ascertained the problem. The unit was giving a code 11. I needed someone who is experienced with tankless water heaters to come out and service my unit. I blame the owner &/or supervisor, not the employee. He seemed to do a good job putting in the valves and running the cleaning solution. He called his company. When the problem wasn't fixed they should have sent out someone with experience. A Master Troubleshooter (as one of the reviewers I read received). I feel I was robbed.

    Gosh, this was the day before yesterday. I sure wish you would have called us. Your tankless was installed incorrectly. Upon installation the plumbers should install the flush out valves so that the unit can be properly maintained. They also did not install a T&P discharge line which is a safety issue. We went through the diagnostics with the manufacturer because that is proper protocol and protects you as all of these manufacturers create tickets for issues and track them in case they notice too many problems and decide to warranty the whole unit. In this case while we went throug the steps with diagnostics they determined you needed the new motherboard. As far as we know this part was going to be under warranty. I really wish you would have called me directly as we aren't always perfect but we sure would have liked to explain and even come back out for free to see what is going on.

    They contacted me immediately even though it was after 5 pm. They worked with my time constraints, and arrived when they said they would. I got a master troubleshooter, because my water tank is old. He was able to fix my problem quickly for a great price, and figured out some complicated issues with my old house's plumbing. I will definitely start using this company for my plumbing needs

    Aqueduct gave a bid lower than the rest, got the job done right away. The job was done efficiently, effectively, and to my complete satisfaction. I would hire them again, they did an excellent job.
