WOW.. can I give more than a 5 star score? They deserve a 10. They replied to all my questions immediately, and was more than accommodating. Nathan arrive right on time, was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Having to crawl under our floor, to get to the spigots concerned me about dirt getting on my carpet. He wore plastic shoe covers, and brought a roll of plastic floor covering. Not a speck of dirt anywhere. He explained what he needed to go, as he changed the spigots. Such a positive experience, I am beyond thrilled. Highly recommend Aquious, Inc.

Professional install. On time and great value. Wasn’t an easy change out. Total cost was about $700 with parts. Highly recommend.

The plumber did know what to do and fixed our issue in one hour. I had other plumbers come out to take a look, but they all wanted to do a much much more expensive repair. They are expensive.

We were interested in replacing our water heater and had one, very expensive, quote. Aquious responded the same day, created a quote, and stopped by. The project was scheduled a few days later. Plumbers were on time, very friendly and professional, and completed the project in one day. Would absolutely recommend them!

Excellent job

So blessed with right on time and very efficient men to install new hot water heater. Began Friday night I called for help as water flowing into garage. Received message back in seconds asking for photo of old tank for size etc. Appt for 8:00 am today and two men were here at exact time. Within one hour old tank gone and new one installed. They were friendly and worked together beautifully. And price was within exact quote. Thank you and blessings!

For fifteen minutes they charge to much.. Won't get them again and were Senior Citizens who need a good deal.

Luke was first to call after posting on Angi. He listened to my faucet over the phone and was able to identify the problem. I also sent him a picture where water was leaking and again he was able to determine the possible problem. This helped in getting a very solid quote from him. He arrived on time it was very efficient. Also worth noting, he asked me to turn off the water. I told him I was unable to turn off the cold water because the condo required a 48hr notice. He said he would still come out and if he could not fix the problem he would not charge me. This was perfect because I really needed the work done ASAP if at all possible.

They did a great job. They were very knowledgeable and professional. Answered all my questions before starting the installation of a tankless water heater. Would recommend them to anyone.

Free written estimate providing different cost estimates for different price point models of tankless water heaters. Right on time for estimate and then for installation. Very efficient install and took the time to answer my questions. Totally cleaned up the work area. You pay for what you get. I paid good money for a good professional job and that is what we received.

I would highly recommend this company. They installed a tankless water heater. They were right on time starting working efficiently . The installers were friendly and professional. It was a relief to get our old hot water tank out ! We will recommend them to our neighbors that are inquiring about our new tank .
